We purchased this tv to replace a 14 yr old Sony LCD. Wow! The picture quality is incredible and the Google Integration is awesome. Sound quality is adequate. Oh ßhortcoming is no audio input other than optical audio.

I've never owned a Sony Tv. I did a lot of research and it all came down to a good family tv that was from a reputable brand and had all the features we need to enjoy some nice family movies and shows. Since we got it, it hasn't disappointed. From now on we will be purchasing more Sony electronics.

Like the 'talk to' feature to get local weather...

The television replaced an old Sony that was over 10 years old and fell short of current technology. Updated for improved wireless, apps and better picture quality. Found the packaging of the product was very good. Easy to setup and get running in under an hour, roughly. Picture and sound quality good for my needs and this cost break. Added a sound bar with woofer for better movie experience, but may just be over kill.

Great price, poor quality really

I know 750 is entry level so picture quality I can't ask for much, it's a great value for that. However, the basic UI is not stable and constantly jumps to home screen without reason. I may have a lemon but I've heard similar stories of those I know that has Sony TVs. Also, this tv doesn't support Disney+ nor Bluetooth audio output, just beware

Not What I expected from a SONY Product

This is my first experience with this type of TV. So far I am not a big fan of the APP concept and like the more traditional means of navigating. All-in-all it is not what I expected from SONY. The picture is sometime grainy and hazy. I am not sure why. It could be internet or could be the product. Quite frankly - I wish I could just return it and upgrade the model. Overall the performance is good. It looks nice on a console, but my experience it is difficult to Navigate and is not the picture clarity I would expect from a SONY product.

Poor Software

One month in and already having issues with the software. I've used Android products for the last 10 years + so I know they can have sketchy versions. Well, this TV is already requiring me to pull the power plug and plug it back in just to get it to start. Feels like a cheap cell phone requiring the battery to be pulled from time to time. I am giving it another week before I call Sony about this. Holding out hope for a corrective firmware or software update. The Wi-Fi antenna in this thing IS WEAK. I thought my router might be too far from the TV until I plugged in a Fire Stick to the TV. Surprise, it works totally fine. Lucky I have Ethernet close by and can use it instead. Thankfully, that works fine. The Android interface is slow at times and has been caught randomly deleting installed apps. Weird! Using an HDMI ARC connection to a sound bar has been problematic. It constantly switches to the TV audio instead of the sound bar. I've found if I "let the TV warm up" and just sit a minute or so, it will work better. The volume of Google Assistant is constantly louder than any app by such an amount I've stopped using it. The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1, it truly has an amazing picture. That's the only nice thing I can say so far.

Picture is awesome!!!

I got this tv 5 months ago March 2021. I love Sony tv's. I have a older 52” Sony XRB Bravia, I had for 12 years already. It's still going strong. So my Sony 55” tv I just got my wife for our bedroom. The Volume continues to turn off during watching a show. I been dealing with this for 4 months already. I just need a replacement or need it fixed. Sony warranty keeps having me reset the tv, change settings on my tv, and finally a complete original manufacture reset and my volume still don't work write. I want a New 75” Tv for my living room, but my wife said NO Sony. Because of the tv in our bedroom. I was looking at the X950. But so disappointed

Model Kd-65X750H Stay away from Sony TV's

I have always bought Sony. I have to say this will be the last time. I purchased this unit for my in-laws less then 4 years ago. We're visiting and I sat down to watch the Olympics and there went the screen. Several times we've had to unplug it and reset the TV, this time every thing we were told to try didn't work. Now I'm listening to goofy home screen music with no picture. stay away from Sony!!
