These things taste nasty! I hardly ever throw things out but I had to after eating a couple. Please bring back the Old Wisconsin beef sticks.

The taste is okay. They are full of cartilage and bone. Some of the seasoning they use is also coarse. Would not recommend

They were bright red!!

I have bought these in the past and they were pretty good. They were half of the regular price today, so I bought two packs. When I opened them I realized why they were half the price. I'm not sure if they are spoiled but they were very, very slimy and very sticky. They were not like this the last time I bought them. I hope before I bought them they didn't get warm and that's what caused this. I sure hope I don't get sick. I'm still wondering why they were half the regular price.

These are cold refrigerated beef sticks, not your normal off the room temperature rack. To enjoy them, you need to chop them up in bite size and then store in a ziplock back in the fridge. When you have a taste for a piece or two, you grab from the fridge and pop a few smaller pieces at a time. This flavor is good, but the cheddar jalapeño is better.

These beef sticks have a great flavor. I grew up on the slim jim type of beef stick, as a family member was a distributor at that time. The flavor of those is much improved by the addition of a picante spice. These Greenridge sticks stand on their own, however. I cut them in half and freeze in a ziploc bag. We cut them up into bite-sized pieces to have as a snack while watching a game, or for whatever. Very nice flavor. Not spicy, and a less chewy, more tender texture than their dried shelf-stable counterparts .

Bought these for a road trip snack, no one liked them. Dad since they cost so much.

I am a fan of most sausage products but this tastes like cold cheap hotdogs.

These beef sticks are very meaty and flavorful. Better than most others that I have tried.
