These are unlike any "beef sticks" I've purchased. $6.88 a lb is kind of high for beef sausage. Real beef sticks are more similar to jerky. They are nice quality beef sausage, similar to what Hillshire Farms used to taste like but skinnier. That's a compliment. What I'm more familiar with are more heavily smoked, and drier, more stable at room temperature. These need to stay refrigerated until eating. Don't get me wrong, these are tasty, but they are not traditional beef sticks. I don't feel ripped off, but it was a one time buy for me.

Sticks come in three packages, first package ok, second very slimy/sticky, think it's going bad. Third in garbage, not taking a chance.

We have tried many beef sticks....this is the worst one by far. the favor was not good and also many grisly pieces in the stick.

They were so nasty I almost threw up it taste sooo nasty weird texture I would never recommend this product for ANYONE ever less than 0 zero

These had a very bland flavor and weird texture especially for the expensive price. Each stick has a minimum of 3 pieces of bone

Terrible! Flavor and texture are disgusting, will not buy again. Bring back the Old Wisconsin beef sticks.
