I had noticed these for awhile, but didn't want to commit to a full pack. I'm so glad I didn't, because they finally had them for sampling. These are not good. They lack in flavor, and have a weird texture. I agree with another review that the texture was more like a summer sausage. I wish it had been a smaller piece, because I had a hard time even swallowing it. Will never purchase.

Not at all what I expected. Purchased these “snack” sticks on a whim after the Turkey snack sticks I unusual get were out of stock. These beef sticks are very greasy, flavorless and the texture feels raw like inside of the casing. I definitely wouldn't recommend or buy again. I've resorted to baking them in the oven for with potatoes so I don't feel like the money went to waste.

Plain white rice (If you cook it in distilled water) has more flavor than these things. They seriously have no flavor at all, if you suffer from acid re-flux or heartburn these were made for you. If you want flavor, yeah, well, you won't find it here.

First thought I had after tasting these was very similar to many other reviewers: tastes like a cold, uncooked hotdog. Zero flavor or spice, feels like congealed fat trying to melt on the tongue, but just smearing around and leaving a bad aftertaste. Even our St. Bernard questioned it and took several minutes to finally eat one, and she'll normally eat anything (including actual horse crap).

These were at our local Sam's with a sign saying limited time offer. The ingredient list looked good and the sticks didn't look greasy or like dried leather. I bought two packs, one for me and one for a brother. He and I both like them. We didn't encounter any bones of gristle in ours. The flavor is mild, but tasty. I didn't have to worry about waking up with a flaming gut or other symptoms. I didn't have any issue with the texture or flavor. I went back the next day and bought packages for two pals that live near our vacation home. Both guys loved them too.

Good sausage, not overwhelming flavor. Should probably pair with a plain cracker (nabisco unsalted)? A bit expensive for thin long pc.

Initially i thought these were okay, but pretty consistently they have either chunks of bone or semi-hard cartilage that can't be eaten. Not really a fan of spitting out random bits when i'm having a snack.

I never go by reviews when it comes to snacks, because we all taste differently. These beef sticks are delicious! Not overly spicey, great casing! My only suggestion is you cut them in half and put them in ziplock bags. Enjoy!

Ours were absolutely awful. Chunks of fat and gristly. We barely ate them and I had to throw most of them out. They are way too expensive for how poor the quality was.
