Excellent so far

this dryer has a lot of features / cycles which is nice because i have usually have certain drying needs (heavy couch covers due to dogs). i like that the door can be switched which i need to do but too lazy for the moment. have had the dryer for a month now, excellent so far.

Good dryer for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] playing with the different functions i really enjoy this dryer. i might also suggest using fabric softener while washing and not using sheets, also cut down on the wrinkles.

Good dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer last year I think and it works great. There is so much room. The only thing that could be improved is the moisture sensor, because a cycle with a heavy blanket has stopped before and the blanket wasn't dry yet.

high heat for everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i hate that the default is hi-heat for nearly all settings. i have to use time dry for everything because i don't like drying my things on high and you don't get the option to reduce. frustrating.

Good product but damaged

The dryer was damaged (back panel). Didn't see damages until i made it home and started unpacking the dryer. Called the store multiple times and was hung up on 2x before i was able to speak to a rep using 800 number i found online

Garbage on Day 1

received this dryer with its sister washer yesterday after ordering from home depot as a pair. this dryer did not function on day 1 - no heat after professional installation - and did not pass the initial test procedure. installers took my old dryer away and left me with this non-operational $800 useless dryer which samsung will not replace despite the fact it has not dried a single sock. still doing battle with samsung and home depot who both claim its the others problem to deal with - leaving me unable to do laundry while they bicker over who has to deal with this very large paperweight. will be spending my money on a more reliable brand after i can get this thing out of my house.

Money pit

this model has broken down on me 10 times in the past 3 years. very frustrating. cost me double in the long run when you factor in repair costs. please make better quality products!

Poor performance

What do you know? Breaks just outside the warranty

bought this from in february of 2020. and today, may 21st, 2021 it decides not to heat up anymore! and the warranty is expired! 0/10 would not buy again! a machine that costs this much should be able to last a whole lot longer than 15 months.
