[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer on March 1, 2022 along with a Samsung washer replacing a washer and dryer which needed to be replaced. It has been great in its performance and ease of use. The only drawback has been with drying thick towels, I need to split up all 8 towels (brand new) into two loads in order to assure they dry in one pass.

The dryer is simply amazing. Its easy to use. The machine gets so warm and drys the clothes in half the amount of time my old dryer did when it was new. My clothes come out with no wrinkles and dried in half the time. My wife's favorite part of the drier is that the doors can be switched depending on what side you have your washer on. Once my wife saw that she fell in love. To be honest I don't think she has even looked at me that way. The features on this dryer are on point and everything is working efficiently. The Sensor dry works amazing. It detects how wet the clothes are and how heavy the load is and adjusts the time accordingly to make sure your clothes are dried. I have done around 10 loads now in this dryer and it gives you an estimate time based on your settings and when you press start it takes a minute to read the dampness of the clothes and adjusts the time accordingly. The Smart care app was easy to download and setup. Hopefully I never have to use this app because that would mean there is something wrong with my dryer. The capacity of this dryer is second to none. I can fit so much clothes in this dryer and I never have any problems with clothes being wet or damp after stuffing it full. The preset categories seem to dry the clothes the way they are intended to be. I have washed my dress shirts and pants and they come our wrinkle free. This is by far the best dryer I have ever owned. The light inside the drum make it easy for me to move clothes around without turning the house light on when I am doing the late night switch when you need something done by morning. I would recommend this product to anyone. As a bonus it even looks nice to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dryer has delivered in every way so far. The settings are incredibly easy to use and easy to customize to whatever each load needs. This dryer, compared to my previous front load dryer, dries a large load of clothes about 25 minutes faster. In our busy, family of 5, last minute rush type of house, this has been so nice. I love the sensor dry technology. No burnt smelling clothes that went in for too long. It's so much better for your clothes too, and helps with how long they stay in like new shape. The lint catcher has a bottom that comes up the front half way creating a bucket area to not allow anything to fall down into the inside of the dryer and become a fire issue. Judging by the amount of random pieces of things I find in the bottom of my lint trap that I never found on my old machine's lint trap, I'm so thankful this Samsung model has it. It's the little things that count. This dryer has a lot of helpful "little things" that is making my laundry a breeze. My clothes are dried faster to the just right amount, and the wrinkle guard keeps them moving so my clothes come out fresh no matter how long I take to pull them out. I can easily reach into the very back and pull clothes out without a hassle. This dryer fits all of my needs and I've found no complaints so far.

Bought new samsung washer and dryer, the dryer drum split and boke within 2 years! Replacement drum costs half the price of a new dryer, not including any installation labor. Friends have had similar experience with expensive Samsung products breaking within a couple years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung dryer is first off BEAUTIFUL and secondly the sensor dry feature is just amazing! I love the energy saving features if these machines! They turn off when not in use. It did take me a little while to figure out the load capacity in the dryer though. I had a load of blankets that took a while to dry but that is to be expected from A load of blankets! The musical tone after a load is adorable! I learn another exciting feature each use! I seriously love this set more than any other household appliance I have ever owned and I DEFINITELY recommend this to everyone I know!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far loving the dryer, its smart enough to add additional time if it senses that the clothes are not dry. The dryer also has the wrinkle free feature which is helpful as I don't have to iron all my clothes. Energy efficient as well. No issues so far.

Just now getting around to write a review, we've had this dryer for over a year now. Using the normal cycle clothes/towels don't get completely dry. Once the cycle is over I have to check to see if the clothes/towels are dry, usually not, then restart the dryer using the time dry. So basically using more electricity than we'd like.

Another impressive appliance from Samsung. This dryer is a high powered machine with lots of options for every laundering need. I love the fact that there is an option specifically for bedding. Drum space is abundant and fits my largest loads. The lint filter is very large and easy to clean. I will say that the machine is much quieter than I expected. The sensor dry is not as accurate as I would have hoped. The machine will shorten the cycle, but the load is still damp. I do enjoy the efficiency and energy savings, but I wish I could override the sensor. Overall, the machine offers a ton of options for many needs!
