I cook up 2-3 breasts at a time, some of the breasts are huge so I cut them into cubes and bake them at 450 for 25 minutes, they come out really moist. After that, I simply weigh out 6oz per meal on my digital scale. What I don't use stays in the freezer, really holds up well & no meat spoils or is wasted.

Sam's Club was kind enough to refund my money. Tyson didn't seem too concerned about it when I contacted them. Apparently it's not that uncommon, but I haven't seen any recall information about the batch that I have, so buyer beware! I'll be buying a different brand of chicken from now on.

I have bought this a few times. It is cheaper then where I was getting my chicken from. This bag will last me anywhere between 3 weeks to a month (single and tend to use for one meal during the day. For the most part excellent chicken as far as fat goes, they usually have really clean pieces in the bag. However the bags are not super strong and can be punctured causing freezer burn.

These chicken breasts are huge, often over a pound each. Some cook up into an inedible rubber like consistency. Having said that, I still buy them because they are a good value, and I have found a way to make them quite usable. I keep these on hand in the freezer for when I need chicken to add to other dishes. The secret to having these always come out good, is to defrost and then tenderize them with a mallet. As you tenderize, you can tell if you got the rubber variety as it will resist your efforts...keep pounding. The flavor on these is very good, and they are universally nice and juicy, but I recommend you only use them tenderized and cut up. For serving whole breasts, I buy something different.

The chicken tastes fine. Albeit, it is very large. The reason for the 1 start is I believe the labeling is misleading. It states 15% solution (water). I ran a test with two breasts. Frozen breasts weighed 39.51 oz. Thawed and drain water. The net weight of the breasts was 30.93 oz. That means it was 21.72% water. Basically, you need to increase the price by 22% to see how much you are paying for the actual chicken. Combine this with higher than average fat and extra parts; I am not sure this is as good of the deal as you think you are receiving.

We figured buying frozen chicken would be safe. I thawed two pieces in the refrigerator and cooked them to 165 degrees. My husband and I both had to spit it out because it tasted rotten. We tried it again with another breast and had the same result. We won't be buying this again.

I'm surprised to see some complaining about the massive size of the breasts. If they were too small even more would complain. Just cut them in half if needed! Sheesh! I bought my bag o' breasts about two months ago and they unfortunately ended up at the bottom of the deep freeze. I found them a week ago and have been cooking them in the air fryer oven ever since for chicken breast sandwiches to rival ANY of the fast food joints. I marinade them in anything from dill pickle juice to garlic salt to teriyaki and anything else I can think of. I have zero problems with the large size. They taste great and are half the price of the big chain grocery stores. What's not to love!

We have bought this for some time but lately these are more like capon or turkey breasts! And once they thaw and you try to cut them into manageable size pieces, they are rubbery. You can feel that texture with the knife and it remains after cooking. Not very appetizing to bite into! Switching to fresh breasts and vacuum sealing and freezing.

I will never buy this product again. The breasts are unnaturally humongous, which makes them very difficult to cook through. I also had to do extensive trimming of blood, fat, and gristle before cooking which is super time consuming. And after they cook the texture is just chewy/rubbery and not appetizing. SO glad when the bag was finished so I could get normal chicken again elsewhere.
