Holy poultry it's chicken!

Enormous chicken breasts that are only edible if boiled slowly then shredded. Cooked any other way they are chewy, sinewy, and off-putting. These are the only frozen chicken breasts I have bought that are like this. I've bought them twice but won't make that mistake a third time.

Purchased in November. Thank the gods I decided to slice before cooking any of the chicken from this bag. There were bits of blue plastic INSIDE the chicken breast. Sam's Club was kind enough to refund my money. Tyson didn't seem too concerned about it when I contacted them. Apparently it's not that uncommon, but I haven't seen any recall information about the batch that I have, so buyer beware! I'll be buying a different brand of chicken from now on.

I bought this a month or so ago and found once thawed out you lose at least half the weight in liquid (water, broth, whatever it is) not to mention once cooked it gets even smaller. Now I know a lot of chicken and meats are plumped, but this is excessive. Not a good investment if you ask me. I buy boneless skinless to cut down on waste. Plus once cooked it's tough.

Always grab 2 or more bags thru Click n Pull. YES they're not all the same size but neither are chickens. These are handy for multiple recipes. Whole/Sliced or cubes these are in the freezer - much easier than fresh and then individually wrapping = cost effective. (Whether fresh or Tyson both have 15% broth ) As always SAMS Guaranteed.
