[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv about a month ago while looking for a smart tv. The box the tv come with does not advertise the home screen but does say it's a smart tv. You can download apps, like Hulu, which does not come preloaded.

I thought I'd get my ear chewed out by my lady for buying a new tv but when she seen and heard it tv channels on it she fell in love. No only that the tv is a smart tv so we had Netflix.m, Hulu and much more. My kids, my lady and love are 100% satisfied with the tv and how great it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good--Yes, it was free to me but for the most part this tv is what I would have purchased for picture quality. The not so good-- The only down fall is it does not have blue tooth or enough of the correct output jacks to compensate for lack of blue tooth. I am hard of hearing so I had to buy separate BT transmitter to run my headphones and sound bar (so wife can hear too).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv about a week or two before thanksgiving knowing I was going to love it considering all I've ever had was a 40 inch tv or below and just as I expected this 65” is absolutely stunning and jaw dropping and I cannot believe how long I waited to finally get one. The fact that there is no headphone jack however was very frustrating considering my stereo system was running off of a 3.5mm but that is okay all I can assume now is another great lg sound bar for my lg tv!!

Added a 3 year on top of that for $40 which means I have 5 years of warranty! So far this TV has been outstanding to watch with great smart TV capabilities. Would recommend this TV to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this on June 7, 2019. We are not happy with it at all. We are very senior citizens and really can't seem to do anything with the background music with movies, program, etc. It seems to be so loud we can't hear what is being said by the actors. Also, when we are watching a night scene and sometimes other scenes it is so dark we can't even see what is going on. We don't really know what is happening. We are very disappointed. We have tried to fix it with settings but nothing ever changes. We seem to be stuck with this television. Do you have any suggestions to help us? We have had it only two months.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An unexpected reason we like our new LG TV is that our multipoo dog, Koty, really gets into the shows. It is easier for us to leave him at home alone. When we watch the TV with Koty, he has soon realized that commercials are his favorite shows. He has figured out that the chances of seeing other dogs or even cats. With the new LG he even perks up when there are horses. This greater engagement has to be about clearer, brighter, and better pictures.

This one however blew them all away, with everything you'll need and more. Don't take my word though, research yourself and you'll find yourself buying this TV. The only thing is I wish the feet/stand was a bit more stable, not as wobbly with the current feet that you screw in.

Actually going to buy another brand, but after reviewing and talking to our son who has an LG, we decided to go with this one. So far it has been excellent. Easy set up. We did buy a pedestal for it because we didn't mount it on the wall. Very happy with this purchase.
