[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv about a month ago while looking for a smart tv. The box the tv come with does not advertise the home screen but does say it's a smart tv. You can download apps, like Hulu, which does not come preloaded.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am limited to 65” of tv size, this LG did a great job and has a beautiful true picture quality. For a 3-yr old smart TV it is still running all the apps I could want and then done. Interfaces with my Sonos surround sound system w/Alexa built in, perfectly.

Within minutes I was accessing advanced features that were readily understandable. I have had Amazing Fire TV for couple of years, but this was easier to set up and access from the very start! Awesome and thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The good--Yes, it was free to me but for the most part this tv is what I would have purchased for picture quality. The not so good-- The only down fall is it does not have blue tooth or enough of the correct output jacks to compensate for lack of blue tooth. I am hard of hearing so I had to buy separate BT transmitter to run my headphones and sound bar (so wife can hear too).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our TV and it was easy to hook up, took us about 15 minutes and we were sitting down and enjoying our new TV. We like that you can just click on the buttons for Netflix and Amazon. I like also that you can preview what is coming on before it comes on. This is a great TV. Wish we would have gotten it sooner.

They are the only TVs that I will purchase I've had them for at least 10 years. Unfortunately I've had a couple break one because they sent me the wrong screws for the legs and wouldn't stand by it so I had to purchase another and then recently my other would not connect to Wi-Fi, and one was only two years old, and the other was only three years old. I love everything about them except for the new remote and menu not necessarily the road remote, but the menu is gray and white. I miss the color coding because it's much easier to use and then the newer menu is much more confusing you used to have the guide and the live TV button now you have the Home dashboard and the home dashboard is a little bit annoying but that will not determine if you're continuing to buy LG TV‘s now I just have to purchase legs for my older LG TV and I just recently spent $50 on remotes so some of the little things like that are annoying, but the overall product is absolutely wonderful .

I bought this TV after trying 65" 4K Spectre and then a Sharp (both returned) and I couldn't be happier with the picture, depth, processing ability, and capabilities of the LG! We use FireSticks so we haven't really needed the built-in apps but the TV remote is also able to control the FireStick but sadly does not have the ability to control the surround sound controller (via optical) which the FireStick 4K is able to do. Unfortunately, I ordered it a week before the Super Bowl and it showed up 10 days afterwards (it shouldn't take that long to get from NJ to north FL!) so that's why the 4 stars.

El único inconveniente fue que no se podían descargar los canales de Netflix y Hulu, luego de llamar al servicio al cliente de LG (que fue muy bueno y rapido de hecho) me instruyeron que debía cambiar la ubicación a Estados Unidos y listo, los canales quedaron automáticamente disponibles en el LG SmatTV.
