Good TV for movies; not so great for sports

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this tv for everything. It's our "nice tv". And for movies and shows it is absolutely fantastic. It's fast and bright. The colors are great and the blacks are deep. But for sports, it isn't the best. Maybe it's the refresh rate or something, but I watch a lot of Premiere League soccer and the ball is always blurry and ghosting when shown in the normal field camera. Tracking the speed of players and the ball gets worse as they go faster and it makes watching soccer hard. My old, 2010 plasma screen tv (also a Samsung) is much better at not blurring the ball when it moves.

Disappointed

My 5-year-old Samsung was getting slow to respond to the remote or even the mechanical switch in the back of the set. Even though it was just for the kitchen I decided to replace it with a 4k set. The picture on the Q60A is good when viewed from the front, but brightness falls off sharply when viewing from the side. The sound was poor compared to my previous 32". I had to buy an inexpensive Vizio sound bar. The TV has no audio equalizer function and only comes with four different presets. I would not recommend this TV.

Great TV !!!!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I bought the 50” Frame TV approximately 6 weeks ago and hung it in our living room. Installation was fairly easy and my family love it as much as I do. The Frame TV has even fooled a few people, as they did not realize it was a TV! Love being able to put my personal photos on the Frame.

Beautiful picture

More highly than ever in a TV

Don't have a searching app place...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used for watched our daily news and movie apps... there are some app that are not working with Samsung anymore...even though they're in the download app and others are just gone. Example: Rakuten Viki, Tubi, Peacock, etc

Absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't purchased a new TV in over 10 years, so this was a major treat! Such a good price and it has everything I want. I cut cable a long time ago so it's very nice to have all the streaming apps I use built into the TV. No more need for separate device to stream content. The picture quality is so beautiful that I am constantly in awe. Watching new movies and shows in Filmmaker Mode is an amazing experience! I get to see things the way the creators intended. It really makes a difference, and I don't know how I lived without it before. Samsung is the only brand I trust when it comes to TVs. This is hands down the best purchase I've made in a long time.

Sound Link

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality of the speakers built into the TV is of poor quality , so I added a VIZIO Sound Bar. The TV does not properly sinc to the sound bar - noticeable delayed "lip movement" vs the sound.

This feature allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external Soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external Soundbar or receiver then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay. To activate this feature, go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > set to Pass-Through If you have tried this and your issue persists, please reach out to Samsung Customer Support so that we can provide further troubleshooting. Amazing! Smooth! Easy to use! Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been one of my favorite tvs to date. The colors are amazing and the contrast is great! The tv is fast. It goes into a sleep state instead of fully turning off each time. The app selection is good. Not great but good. Updates are slow but not sure if it needs a lot of updates. The main apps all work great. Netflix. Amazon. Samsung free tv channels! It's actually better than I expected. I've had many different brands and so far this Samsung has been my favorite. The feature set is great. The features include appletv Chromecast and smart cast. It works great and has great security requiring you to approve the device before it can cast. The different color scales, set up easy and different video modes are great. I like using natural at night and movie during the day. There's a game mode that activates automatically which works great. The speakers are great also with lots of sound modes. Different profiles. The different profiles work great with my soundbar or with just the tv alone. All in all a super solid experience with a super solid tv.

Light weight, simple connectivity,
