[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't gotten a new TV in 5 years because I thought 4K is just 4K. Boy was I wrong! There's a huge jump from a regular 4K TV to this Samsung QLED! Picture: absolutely stunning! There's so many options and modes to choose from that you can make any show or game perfect! Sound: blown away by the sound! Movies sound like you're in a theater and games are even more immersive! Interface: major upgrade from my 5 year old TV. Samsung has put a lot of work into making the UI intuitive and crazy fast! The rechargeable solar remote is also really cool. I'd recommend this TV to anyone that doubts 4K hasn't changed in the past few years, it's come a long way!

i really enjoy this tv. great colors, sharp picture. only issue i have is that the remote will not change channels vis alexa or any other voice setting. you can increase or decrease volume by alexa. hope samsung is taking steps to address this issue.

The remote has been challenging to get up to speed on but all is coming along quite well! Just different from the old remotes. The picture is incredible & the lack of reflection on the screen is so welcome. Very pleased!

Also have a PC connected to HDMI 3 so I can zoom and connect with ease to the internet. I even have my iTunes remotely connected. And the remote from my cable box controls it all. Picture quality is wonderful. I'm a happy customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tv used only for viewing. Picture quality excellent. Multiple problems with original remote. Just received a new one and it seems to be better. Not able to use dual picture function due to not owning a galaxy phone. Bummed out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Samsung TV. The streamlined remote is easy to use. And the picture is great! And I really love the ambient mode scenes I can turn in. My favorite is the beach scene where you can hear the ocean waves lapping on the rocky shore.

My last Samsung gave up the ghost after 5 years with the purple screen of doom, but I was very happy with everything about it. Sadly this TV is a poor so called upgrade. Sure the picture is a lot better very clear in every scale, but oh my the sound is terrible. It's that bad I went and brought a second hand soundbar and now I can actually hear what being said on it. I would absolutely say it a poor version of my last TV. Great new remotes has Netflix Prime buttons. The newer one is solar powered or light powered which is better but why do two remotes I don't get it. Samsung should have provided a sound bar for this TV

We bought this tv about a month ago and are very happy with it. We just followed the prompts as we were doing the set-up and it went fairly quickly. The picture is clear and crisp, the remote is easy to use. We love all of the options and the apps. There is no need to use our fire stick on this tv so we moved it to the spare tv. We had great sound with just the tv but wanted to add a theatre type setting so we bought a Samsung sound bar a week after buying the tv, and it paired up right away. Love the whole set-up now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mounted in a higher ambient light room. Even during the day, the image is very good. Very sharp on HD channels. Remote is a bit limited in ease of use. Still easier to use cable remote, then, at times, have to use TV remote, and, stereo remote.... haven't seen a remote yet that does it all.
