Great Picture Quality for Gaming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm using my new Samsung to watch cable, stream content, and play video games (Xbox Series X). I'm very happy with the experience when using my TV for gaming — the automatic game mode setting makes everything look great. I'm not 100% pleased with the picture while watching cable and I wish the settings were more robust particularly for when I'm viewing sports.

If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting. You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode 1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments. 2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. 3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room. 4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. 5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image. To ensure that your TV’s picture is optimized, be sure that you are always running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience. Great tv

Viewer feedback after 3 months of use

Image quality is excellent but viewing TV from an angle is poor. As we have Whalan Flat Panel Console this was not an issue with us as Panel has swing capability for angle viewing. The control is too small for ease for use and buttons should be identified with more and brighter colours

Good, but wish I could have gone better...

just wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you to the samsung tech(s) whose idea it finally was to put lower and adjustable stands on this tv. i've waited 15 yrs. to go from a 46" to 55" 'cause they were all roughly 1/2" too high to fit the entertainment ctr. i would have gone with a 55 in. q70 or 80 had they had the same stands but they didn't and were still too high. wanna sell bigger/better tv's? what a difference that little change made. i know other folks who have the same issue. even though this is an entry-level 4k qled, it's a huge difference in picture compared to a 15 yr old 46 in. 1080 lcd, all thanks to a change in stand.

Beautiful TV

Amazing

Great picture, but subpar sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy my Samsung 43" Q60A TV! It has excellent color detail with rich, accurate hues. I solely use a Google TV dongle and it doesn't matter what app I'm streaming, the image quality is great. The sounds, that's different all together. Some apps are loud and some can barely be heard. It's been suggested a sound bar would help, but I do not want one. I manage, Ave the picture quality is worth it!

Perfect on all fronts!

All my life I had gotten cheap LED tvs thinking that even if i did spend the money for a nicer picture i wouldn't notice (boy was i wrong) Being able to see in dark environments in movies and the clarity of the picture is picture perfect. All in all I have used samsung products all my life and will continue using them because of the quality!

Great features!

I only wish that there were more app options on the tv so that we don't have to plug in a Fire Stick or Apple TV to get the other apps.
