[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first 4k TV. I wanted a 60" tv for the living room that I will use for streaming tv and movies, and video games. I like the options to disable features like LED Clear Motion, because those give my wife a headache. The picture is bright, the colors look good, and the contract is great. Setting up the TV was very easy. The HDMI ports are easy to get to, and it is easy to mount on the wall. Downloading apps and signing in was easy as well. There is a huge selection of apps to choose from! I wish I could delete more of these pre-installed apps, simply because I do not want to use them. I like that the remote has a solar panel. I hope it helps the battery stay alive longer. The remote is simple and easy to use. I wish it did not have dedicated buttons for streaming services that I do not use, they are easy to press accidentally. I have had to re-pair the remote 3 or 4 times in 5 months. I have had little success using voice commands Ok Google on the remote. We really enjoy using Ambient Mode, especially the Cinemagraphs. They are great to put on in the background when company comes over. I have had some issues using the other modes though. The design of the TV is great. The very narrow frame blends into the wall nicely. It is also very thin so it doesn't stick out too far from the wall. This does make it difficult to reach the wall mount behind it to tighten the brackets. The speakers are good enough. I am not impressed with the bass, but they get the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First QLED which is why I picked Samsung. The picture quality is more than I expected. The set up was a breeze. The thin border is so unobtrusive. The remote is easy to operate. Samsung hit a home run on this one.

Hi samsung team ! Hope your all well with all that is going on in the world right now. Im kind of disappointed with the screen color and the 4k maybe its my tv only !! I will keep it because samsung is a company i believe in! But get a new tv would be great !! I got to say i always been with samsung for my phone and tv it's the best. I use to work for a cellphone compagny and sale your cellphone to everyone specifically the samsung s20 and s21 they are above the market!! I will keep my tv for my kid but if you can send one for free for myself i will continue to talk to my customer about your product and your good services!! This is a nice TV. The response is quick, and it's fairly easy to navigate. The only thing we don't particularly like is the remote! Someone thought to get cute with less buttons and innovative design, but we got a universal remote that is easier to use. Took a long, frustrating time to figure out the volume button.

I have had this TV for about 1 month now. After reading multiple reviews I chose this TV. Start with the basics, the picture quality is dynamic. You can clearly see so many colors that you were previously missing on older TV's. The 20W sound system is sufficient. I like to listed to the music channels when doing household work and I have stopped playing through my whole house system as this TV has great sound. The remote is simple and basic as needed. You can still find everything through the system but without having to look at 50 buttons on the remote and the solar works extraordinarily well. I just had company visiting for a week with kids so I put the remote away. After 8 days of darkness, I thought it would need a recharge and it didn't!. This TV is a great purchase and the price point is hundreds lower than similar TV's of any other large brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has a beautiful bright picture, good sound, easy connection capabilities and a minimalist, easy to use remote controller. We had no problems getting it set up and subscribing to our favorite streaming services and love the theater-like feel in our sitting room. Navigating some of the settings and controls can seem labyrinthine at first, but after several uses, they begin to make sense. If I was looking for something better than this TV, I would probably look at the next level up in this same or a more full-featured line from Samsung. A great entertainment platform that I expect to continue to be great for years to come. I give a unqualified thumbs up to this product.

From the buttery smooth refresh to the exquisite QLED colors, I love the experience of watching anything on my TV. The interface is also packed with useful features. I love the dex compatibility and the dynamic background pictures. It is so much fun to use the TV. I honestly have nothing to complain about. I would hands down buy another one.

The available of streaming services directly on the TV also makes them easy to use. The only draw back is the built in speakers are average quality.

Picture quality is awesome and clear. Volume is easily adjustable and the capability to add Bluetooth is even better. Music sound really well and clear.
