We installed this late, last October and are just now able to enjoy it. It was easy to assemble and the design is perfect for our space. The instructions were easy to follow and the parts were in great condition. We have received so many compliments from friends and family.

We wanted a pergola to place on the deck my husband built. I searched for a while before I came across this one. What I loved about it was that it has a compartment for electrical (which i hadn't seen before in other models), and a shelf to place wither plotted plants, or dishes. The color was beautiful as well. Very happy with this purchase!

Bought this over the summer. It was a beast to put together (because of the weight) but not hard to figure out - 3 people recommended. Now I have a space that I love. It is sturdy, looks beautiful and love the bar area. I strung mini lights on it and we watch TV at night in that area. Made such an improvement to our space and good quality.

The Electrical Outlets stopped working after one season!!! I purchased an Oasis 14'x10' Pergula about a year ago. But this season the electric outlets wont work now. The GFI will not reset, thus not allowing electricity to the outlets. I'm an Electrician by trade and I know I haven't missed a step in trying to diagnose the problem..

There were two sets on pallet the guys brought out to load!!! I asked if were marked so the three boxes were a set since they had them mixed up they said didn't matter !!! One box had holes drilled all different, of course now out of stock !!! Offered no help from Sams!!! So beware if set of 3 not bundled together Took three days as we had to redrill holes and fill bad holes Would not buy again

We bought this last fall and assembled a week ago. The assembly went as planned and we couldn't be happier. It takes about 2 days, spending approximately 4 hours to assemble the structure. The instructions are easy to follow, but it does require 2-3 people. The overall look is fantastic and a very nice addition to our backyard.

The Pergola looks good. I wish the top boards would actually be a one board instead of having to be bolted together in the middle. Some of the bolts and barrel nuts need to be replaced because of the cross threading. I believe the cross threading was due to the bolts and the barrel nuts being coated. You definitely want To try for the bolts and barrel nuts before using them. Also, do you want to run bolts through all the holes before using them to get the excess wood debris out of the holes. They should have included excess bolts for those issues. For the money, could be a little better.

Overall is fine, however, two of the supporting post were hollow inside, thus I had to improvise to be able to firmly attached it to the brackets that were anchored to concrete. This is obviously a result of poor quality control. Also one of the boards from the top came cracked. For the price that is all you can expect, but quality control should be consistent, regardless if it comes from China.

This was a great pergola and everything was as described. I had issues with some of the threads on the hardware, but there were enough extras included to cover it. It took me a little longer to assemble than recommended and it is definitely a 2 person job. Be sure to buy your helper a pizza.

THis is a nice Pergola, with instructions for easy assembly. The only drawback I find now that it's operational on my lanai is that it lacks a simply marine-grade canvas covering to provide needed shade during daylight hours. A canvas secured across the top joists would provide weather protection and eliminate the need to have an umbrella over your seating area. And, it wouldn't be very costly.
