I am very happy with this griddle. As an experienced griddler, I previously had the Members Mark 8 burner Event Grill and had installed a griddle surface on it. Unfortunately, that griddle top was not reinforced underneath and warped alot. It also didn't have the drain hole and that is important to easily get rid of the excess moisture while griddle cooking. This griddle solves all of my previous concerns. And after the 5-stage seasoning process, it proved to not warp at all. This griddle top has several angle iron welded along the bottom of the griddle to prevent warping. One thing I noticed was that the actual griddle top has 4 threaded bolts, but they are not secured to the frame, the instructions say to just set the top down on the frame, so it isn't actually anchored. I saw this as an additional opportunity to absolutely ensure no warpage, so I figured a way to put 9/16" nuts and secure it to the frame. There was barely room to get those nuts in there, but I able to and will post some pictures below. You can still use those posts to adjust for leveling the top, so it doesn't affect anything. The drain pan is perfect. The storage drawers are nice too. I wish the lid was something that be easily detached for when you are doing a teppanyaki show for the family, but you can just turn the unit to give them a cooking view as well. Looking forward to years of use!

This is an awesome griddle for the price. You do have to put it together but it's so easy to do it. I did it in about an hour and I was ready to cook anything. Like that the side shelves collapse when not in use. Just a very well, sturdy griddle. Worth your money.

This griddle is incredible. Product was packaged excellent absolutely no damage or scratches on anything. It does require some assembly, but with the BILT app instructions it was a breeze and took less around 30-45 minutes to do. I love the fact it has a hard top cover to protect the griddle from the elements. Can't beat the quality or price!! Definitely recommend if you are expanding your cooking options on the patio!

I've had this grill for over two months. Prepped the surface with flax oil. It heats up really good. Ignition is easy if you wait about 30 seconds after turning on the tank. I use it for most everything, especially breakfast. Cleanup is easy. I bought a Blackstone Pro cover from WM and it fits great. No complaints whatsoever.

So far so good. Bout a couple weeks ago and am enjoying it
