Easy to assembly and online instructions were easy to follow. The grill itself is awesome and I was able to duplicate a Teppan style meal in my backyard

Great product for the price. I love it and use it 3-5 times a week. Don't forget to season the top first, just watch YouTube videos on how to do it if you are not sure.

Great griddle. Love the lid. I've cooked a ton of bacon on here already and it perfect. I live around a bunch of trees so the lid is really nice to keep the leaves out!

Griddle Grill is Terrific....my husband cooked hibachi dinner the 1st night...DELICIOUS!!! Very easy to assemble, only time you need 2 people is for removong griddle top from box and putting the griddle on the base once assembled.

Love it! I really wanted a regular grill, but my wife convinced me to get this one. I prefer it now over our old one. Easy to clean and the food cools evenly.

Perfect for smash burgers and street style tacos! It has a large cooking area with even heat distribution. There's also a little chute for the grease to be scraped into. Our first gathering with this was a hit with everyone.

I found this grill easy to assemble and a great value compared to its competition. Seasoning was straight forward, using the lid to hold in heat helps with cooking, and cleanup is also easy.

It is difficult to review this product. After reading the directions we were ready to follow step one. We could not do one as the castors, left and right sides and back pieces were missing. The one star rating is unfair of me, however, after waiting 6 months for this griddle, I feel when all its parts arrive we shall be pleased with it, if not I will return it.

I'll give you a full synopsis... The grill is heavy you will need 2 ppl for certain parts to put it together.. if you download the BILT app, it will make assembly so easy, it's literally step by step with detailed video/pics.. I put it together by myself in about 3 hours.. I had my son help me put the actual grill on top. It has a lot of pieces but nothing hard at all.. Ok so for seasoning it, it took about an hour or so to go through all the steps, tedious work but not hard as well. I uses a mix of canola & vegetable oil My only complaint this that it is the difficult lighting the grill, it's finicky but it does work just have to do exactly what it says. The grill heats up fairly quickly, and evenly distributed which is a good thing but be mindful of that when you start cooking so you don't burn your food. I cooked my first meal today and it was awesome. We had burgers & Philly cheesesteaks, they were juicy and it took no time .. I think this was a good buy for my son & I.. we love it

Very disappointed! Ordered this griddle online it took over three weeks to arrive and when it did the packaging was torn up and the griddle was dented. Now I have no grill for the holiday weekend and I have to wait for them to send someone to pick it up. It is such an inconvenience. Will not be ordering from Sams online anymore.
