The perfect flat top!

I love this griddle but it warps and caused the oil and stuff to run to the back of the griddle. I reached out for an answer but no one bothered to contact me back about what I can do. Very disappointed in Member's Mark for not responding. If they fix the warping issue this would be recommended by me in a second.

This griddle has a lot of panels and screws that you have to put together. To me close to 2 hrs to complete this. The last steps are putting drawers in and that's when I noticed when one of the rails was bent, so it doesn't slide in smooth. Customer service told me to take it back and they would replace it but I have to take it back to store. I don't want to disassemble (because of small doorway), take it back, and build it again, so I'll just suck it up. Other than that, the griddle is awesome. Heats up pretty quick and looks great. (**If you have a small right angle drill, it would make things a lot easier**)

It took awhile to find this griddled in stock. And then when I finally got it one piece was the wrong side. But customer service was awesome, got it shipped right away and I just cooked some of the best steaks with mushrooms and onions ever! Old grill cover fits great over the new griddle since the sides folds down. Setup was easy and I love that it is reinforced on the bottom and has the lid and storage. If you can find it get it!

Only one side of the burners work. I want to return. However, it took hours to put it together.

Now 7 plus days overdue on delivery and no one is sure where it is
