We love this little playhouse. It's well built and it was easy for me and my husband to put together. It's simple, and a great price compared to others that we looked at. We really love it and are happy with the purchase.

This house exceeded my expectations it's so cute and the quality is great easy to assemble as the frame folds out and you install accessories door and roof. I like that the roof is a thicker plastic material and not wood just beautiful

Love it! My granddaughters other playhouse was destroyed by a tornado. The only thing i wish was easier was putting the roof on. Its not builder friendly.

Although I have not assembled the cottage yet, I have inventoried the packaged cottage. The package was put together in a manner to protect all the components of the cottage, and the components appear to be very good quality.

Wonderful as a little play house for the price. The person who wrote the instructions obviously never put it together. Misleading instructions. Otherwise not a difficult little house to build with two people.

Very cute playhouse. Perfect for our 5 year old twin granddaughters birthday surprise. Fairly easy to assemble and well made. Should provide lots of fun play time.

I bought this for my 1-1/2 year old granddaughter. She LOVES it! It now has flowers in the flower boxes and pictures hung on the walls inside. It was a perfect gift.

I was so excited to get this product... after months of looking and waiting for a playhouse to come in stock we purchased this for a birthday gift for our kids. Took a long time to put together and lot of the wood was chipped. The faucet won't stay in as well. When I contacted sams club they said they couldn't get a part (the faucet). The 2 people who helped were not helpful (alfredo & Katherine). Very disappointed in this product and even more so in the lack of customer service I received. For how pricy this playhouse was I was thinking top notch playhouse and material. Definitely a cute playhouse but very dissatisfied.

We bought this for a 4 yo and 9 yo and they both love it! It took 2 people approximately 4 hours to put it together. Every item was well marked and as long as you studied the diagram the directions made sense. The kids loved the little features such as a door bell and bird house. We used wood ties to build a frame laid weed barrier down. Then filled it with rubber mulch and put the house in the center.
