It's super cool, no doubt about it. Install was a little easier than I was expecting after reading other reviews. There are a lot of pieces, which looks more daunting than it really is. My daughter is going to freak when she sees it! Well worth 2-3 hours if assembly.

For the money I was not expecting much. The little house was square and plumb, no missing parts. It took a few hours to assemble, but I am not as fast as I used to be. The grandkids love it. I could not have purchased the materials for what this cost.

I bought this six months ago for my daughter. It is cheaply made and does not hold up outdoors. The birdhouse broke within a month and the wood is already cracking in spots. The picket fence is flimsy and does not secure well. I do not recommend this for the price and quality.

My grandson loves his new playhouse. My husband and I put it together in a few hours.
