It's beautiful and took 2 hours for my husband and I to build it.

The box came pretty banged up and looks like someone tried to tape it back together. A lot of the pieces were damaged and the wood was split in many places.

My three year old loves it. It took several hours to build. However, there are several places where after a few weeks of use the wood is splitting and breaking.

It took my husband about five hours to put together by himself. It says about two to three hours with two people but I couldn't help him. But it's been such a hit! We bought it for my son's third birthday and he plays with it every single day. We have it currently in our living room until it warms up a little more to put it outside. But since summer gets so hot, it might just stay inside.

This little house is super cute, and my kids have enjoyed it. My least favorite thing is that the little sink doesn't have any way to drain water - so whatever water accumulates from the dew, sprinklers, or the rain just sits there. Sadly, my kids love playing in that stagnate water. The little birdhouse couldn't withstand the enthusiastic love my toddler forced upon it, but a year and a half in, other than normal wear from sun and kids, it's holding up well.

We loved this little house at first. However, we had a windstorm, and it fell apart. The warranty does not cover natural disasters, so I wasn't able to get it fixed without buying new parts. By the time I would buy the parts, I'd might as well buy a new play house. We had it for less than a year. I will not be purchasing another wooden play house.

We purchased this playhouse last season. It is absolute garbage. It didn't stand up to normal wear and tear of children and has fallen apart piece by piece. Beautiful at first, crummy flimsy products. Not built sturdy at all. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on it.

Love the outcome after putting it together. My daughter loves the house. I would recommend it. I built most of the house alone with the exception of the roof, I had an extra hand. Overall, we are impressed with the product and price. We got it on sale for $199. I think that is a great price for this product.
