This product is one of my go to’s. Moisturizes good enough for skin not to feel or look dull or dry. The 48 hr formula was thick enough and the smell was not overwhelming. However the 72 hour product seems a bit off. I wish they would go back to the 48 hour product and in the bottle with the V. Gives it more of a vibrant look. I’ve stood in the store while purchasing on numerous occasions and suggested this product to other women who did buy when it was the 48 hour formula not sure I would now as something just seems different.

Sure I guess it works as a moisturizers, but whatever they changed in the recipe it no longer smells good. I used to love this lotion because it would leave my skin smelling delicious, now I just smell like oily petroleum.

Not happy at all with the new ingredients change. I placed an order for the original not knowing they changed it up and because the store still had the old picture up. Now my skin feels like there's fire ants biting me. I honestly don't understand why people always changing something that worked perfectly fine over the years.

Bring back old formula. What was the need to change the formula? Couldn't you keep the old formula and create a new one? Have you thought about the customers who have been using it for a while?

The new formula is not good. It does not feel the same , does not absorb the same into the skin and does not have the same smell. I'm really disappointed about this and will have to find a new cocoa butter lotion.

I’ve used this for years. Just got a new bottle & noticed immediately that it wasn’t the same. The consistency is terrible and the smell is just awful. I thought maybe I had a bad batch but after reading the reviews, it seems like poor decisions were made by Unilever.

WOW is too runny, gummy, sticky, stinks, my skin does not glow like the old formula or feel moisturized. Absolutely awful. I'm beyond disappointed about this change. You've lost a longtime customer. Buyer be warned. Make sure you can return it for your money back if you don't like it. I got 2-32oz bottles to throw out!

I am very disappointed with this notion.This is the lotion i've been using since it's been on the market.It's now watery, it does not smell the same.I don't care about the new bottle.It's just bad, I guess I have to find me another luncheon.I'm just one person you probably don't care i'm only talking about the cocoa version.I felt like that was for my skin type.It helped my legs not be dry.This new formula is not good.And if you don't care, I guess I'll try to find something else, that's better have a good day

Call it Aqualine…Seems like the “Wise Guys” came onboard and figured out how to save “X” amount of dollars… someone is ruining years of quality tradition and has tarnished a household brand. My Mothered bought this and it’s all we knew. Looks like Vaseline teamed up with Aquafina!! Take it down now. We noticed.

Please go back to the 48 hour formula!!!!! I have extreme eczema and it was the ONLY lotion I can use now this new version gives me hives. Why change??? Please go back!!!
