[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sleep To Go memory foam mattress has given me the most consistent quality, comfortable sleep ever! How did I go so long without it? Super easy set up and weighs less than a conventional mattress. Set up took all of 10 minutes and it was ready for bedding! Pressure point issues and tossing and turning are a thing of the past. I no longer wake several times a night needing to move to relieve shoulder, hip, or back pain. The memory foam supports you even though it's forming to your body and quickly reshapes to the original shape when you roll over. I was concerned intinally that it would take too long to reshape, but I was pleasantly surprised with its speed in reshaping. Amazing how this mattress can be both plush and firm feeling! This mattress does heat up just a bit where you're lying down from body heat, but easily cools when you move. Nothing that makes me need to move to cool though, so I'm still very happy with the temperature while using it. Only drawback are the edges. It does take some getting used to the squishiness that you don't get from an inner spring mattress. Even as an avid mattress side-sitter, it's still such a small inconvenience when compared to all the positives gained. Also, an added bonus is the lack of movement when someone else moves next to you! No more waking just from movement from the other side. Super comfortable, stylish pattern, easy set-up, light weight as compared to conventional mattresses, quiet, stable, reshapes quickly and easily. Wonderful product every bedroom should have!

This mattress provides medium/firm support; thanks to the gel layer the temperature is comfortable throughout the night. My old foam mattress (not a Serta!) was uncomfortably hot and I was not getting a good night sleep. This mattress came in a box and we were able to set it up in minutes and sleep on it the same night - and no odor! It is a great buy for the money!

Too Firm

We bought 2 of these at the same time. One opened up as expected and is a very comfortable mattress. The other came out with terrible creases and would never lay flat. After 3 days, we called Serta who told us we'd have to call Sams.which we did. We returned the bad one in exchange for a new one. The new one came out even worse. It looks like a shriveled raisin on one side and is shaped more like a canoe than a mattress.

Everything about this bed is just horribly bad. Packaging design is the worst I have ever experienced , difficult to open, worst of all, the packaging caused the bed to be permanently deformed/unable to expand fully into its intended shape. Very uncomfortable as well. Other brands, including Walmart's house brand is leaps better than Serta's.

Rating is only 4 stars because we have owned the mattress for less than a week. Who knows what my opinion will be in a few months? We bought this 12" gel memory foam luxury Sleep to Go mattress based on its reviews in a magazine and on a website. We have only slept on it for two nights, but we slept well. Spouse is 6', 200 lbs and I am 5'4", 130 lbs. Both of us sleep on our backs and sides, moving through the night. The mattress is very firm, but gives enough that there are no pressure points. There are no dents in the mattress in the morning either. Buying the mattress and set up were a dream. The box is heavy but the two of us could pull it out of the car. Extra nice were the wheels attached to the box so it could be rolled by one person. Getting the mattress out of the bag was a two person job though; not difficult, but awkward. There was no perceivable odor in the mattress, and we left it out for only one day before sleeping on it.

Poor product. Mattress only inflated to one side and other side is curled and never expanded. Sams requires you to return inflated mattress to club, which for those without a truck means renting a truck just to return their poor product. Horrible all around experience.

We really like how firm the matress is. It has really improved our night sleep! The fact that we rolled the box inside to our bedroom to open it and then conveniently placed the bagged matress on the bed frame was fantastic! Much easier than manhandling a heavy matress around. Thank you Serta!
