The in -store mattress sample was marked as medium firmness. Online it was marked as firm. Called the Sam's/Serta customer service and was told the online mattress was identical to the in-store sample. She told me it was not firm but medium. She was wrong. We'll be returning this mattress and continue our search.

Bought this twin for my son because I seen a review that stated they bought it for their daughter who has a mild case of scoliosis, same as my son. I brought it home and it's perfect, he loves it! It's not hard at all and it lays flat as it should. Maybe the negative reviews they got a bad batch.

I purchased this mattress on June 7, 2022. It still has not flattened out even after being on the floor for 12 days, rotating it, walking on it, sleeping on it all the tips we read on the internet. After returning it to Sams club the person told me that they have had many returned and would not recommend exchanging it for a different one. So we will be starting back at square 1 to find a different mattress.
