We've had nothing but problems with this printer in the few months we've had it. I wish I held onto the box and receipt. The header needs to be cleaned pretty much every time we use it, whether it's been one day or one week since we last used the printer. It's a complete waste of ink and even after it's cleaned the quality is still terrible. I need it primarily for school work and more often than not choose to print my assignments at school instead of from home. Forget about printing photos. They were hazy and had rainbows on the bottom of every one we tried to print. My 7+year old other name-brand printer printed with much better quality. The wireless connection never stays. Every day it goes offline and we have to reconnect, which is a lengthy repetitive process. At the moment we can't get it to reconnect at all. While we haven't contacted support yet, the multitude of problems makes me give it one star regardless.

I bought this printer for the features and price and I have regretted it after the first 30 days. Everytime I use it I have to do multiple head cleanings and alignments to get the ink to print. The cartridges are expensive and now after it has sat for 3 months it won't print at all with brand new Epson cartridges. Oh and you can't print black and white if one color is out? I've had it with this printer, I will never buy another epson product again.

This printer was a great bargain and very simple to install. Printing is very fast and looks great! I would recommend this printer to anyone from nevus to master. Really good little machine. The buttons are clear and the instructions are easy to follow. Not only does it perform well, it looks fantastic. A wonderful addition to our home office.

The Epson WF-2530 multi function printer is definitely affordable but replacing the ink cartridges costs you a fortune. We have 4 of these in our office and they all scan extremely slow and the ADF Feeder consistently gets jammed. If you just need to print of scan occasionally, it does the job.

I purchased this product after doing my homework comparing similar printers,fax and scanners. I am not very tech savvy, but had the printer and fax hooked up and working in no time! I am very pleased with the cost of ink, as my budget is sorely lacking! Thank you for making my day!

I would recommended this product to anyone. I absolutely love it! In fact, I've already told a friend / co-worker about the value and ease of use. She intends to purchase one soon. If you want a product that WORKS, that isn't over priced, and is a breeze to install, this is the product for you. This is the first time that I've ever submitted a review about any product that I've purchased. I am truly that impressed with my Epson Workforce. The only issue that I've encountered is having to fax a document more than once because it failed to go through the first time; however, I don't believe that it is the result of something being wrong with the product. Try it. You'll love it!

My son has a lot of health issues that I need to get uploaded to a flash drive. To do that, I needed to scan his medical records. With my old scanner I would have to sit and manually place each sheet. One wrong move and it deleted all the work I had done. With this adf scanner I was able to scan more than 1000 medical sheets within two days. While it scanned approx 30 pages at a time I could go and get other things done around the house. The price I paid and the stress it saved me was like getting one of the best Christmas gifts of all time.

I have had this printer for about 1 year. I have 2 college students in my house. This printer worked great until about 2 months ago. It got low on the black ink, so I changed it with Epson genuine ink and it seemed to go through the replace cart process just fine, but now it doesn't print in black. I have changed the ink and cleaned the heads several times. no change. It prints color just fine. There does not seem to be a solution accept to get a new printer at this point.

I bought this All in One Printer and it printed with large omissions of characters on the copy. I sent it back and got another one and it did or the thing. I cannot make a copy or print without a large amount of missing information all over the page.

Great printer, would give it 5 stars but just got it. Extremely easy set up and the Wi-FI printing is out of this world. Two clicks and I'm printing from my phone. This printer has a lot of similarities to the professional one I have at work, but at a VERY affordable price point.
