The picture quality is just amazing. Remote is super easy to use and the system is very fast. I will always buy Samsung products!

Remote is small and I had a difficult time with battery compartment, but this was minor, everything went smoothly after that. Picture was great and very clear. 43 in was perfect size for large bedroom. We had it for three months and no problems.

The only thing about this model that I do not like is the Tizen app store. It is very limited. I type and search for apps that I had on my 5000 series nothing will come up. It needs to be fixed.

Upgrading from a much older model I could most definitely see and experience the difference with everything I do on it from movies to gaming. It's a beautiful TV with the upmost clarity and sounds amazing! I've have been loyal with Samsung TVs for over 10 years and will continue to do so!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the TV is great. picture is good, volume is good, size and weight are good. I do however have a couple of issues, First is the onscreen keyboard has an auto guess feature that gives you options on what your next letter is going to be when your typing something, It's kind of annoying and doesn't really help at all. Another issue I have is my TV sometimes shuts itself off while I'm watching something. I'm not sure if it doesn't read that I'm using another device to watch stuff and thinks it's just idling or what but it'll just turn off for no reason. Lastly is an annoying chiming sound in the background at times, It's almost like the sound you hear when you connect a device to a computer and it give a notification sound that it's connected. I thought maybe it was an alert for a notification or maybe a wifi connected sound but I haven't been able to figure it out and it still does it from time to time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally upgraded our tv from 2010 and wanted something that wasn't going to break the bank, but something that didn't lack in quality. Decided on the TU8000 and have not regretted it! Great picture quality and features. Some reviews complain about the judder or motion, but I have seen no issues with movies or the Xbox one. I have it in a bright room and still offers a great picture with direct light. Overall the features are great by incorporating Alexa and all the pre-downloaded apps. All in all, a fantastic TV for the price. Won't notice a big difference if u spend a thousand more.
