I am extremely impressed with the picture quality, I love the remote and how it fits in your hand, also on the remote are quick menu buttons for Netflix and Amazon Prime Movies which is very convenient. Setting up the TV is very easy, the step by step process is very user friendly. The menu is very easy to use. I can't say enough good things about this TV. Like I said, another GREAT Samsung product!

I'm somewhat disappointed in the amount of control available for picture quality, especially brightness and contrast. I'm also using two separate sound systems with the TV, a zvox Sound Base and a Polk Command Bar. I was hoping to be able to set up the remote to control both of these simultaneously (just volume level and mute), but the TV can only accommodate one audio device at a time. I'm also finding it difficult to get my Amazon Fire TV Cube to control the TV properly. It recognizes the TV and can control some functions, such as turning the TV on, but it can't turn the TV off. My Dish Hopper remote also turns the TV on but not off. The only way I can shut the TV off is to use the Samsung remote that came with the TV.

The set up was extrememly easy and I love the fact that you can sync your phone for even more sharing. The Samsung Free tv is absolutely amazing and has a nice selection. Overall we are in love with our purchase. Our entire house is Samsung TV becuase they are simply the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has great picture and works very well. It is fairly easy to set up. My only difficulty is with how the main menu try's to force me down certain channels. I would be happier if I could simplify the home page.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical to spend so much on this Samsung model but I couldn't be more satisfied. The picture is amazing and my friends and family agree. There is No glares from my windows and when going to watch my other television or other family's and friends televisions I see the major difference in picture quality. I would recommend this tv to other as I already have and can highly suggest that they would not be disappointed and it is with the price.

The Apps are amazing and easy to work. Pairing is easy with any smart phone. I hope everyone has a tv like mine.

My only complaint so far (and I'm sure it's a lack of knowledge) is I want to rearrange and delete some of the apps and I can't figure it out yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is superb. Great deal considering the beautiful picture and the features such as SmartThings comparability and Ambient Mode. Was considering paying less for another brand but when I got to the store this was the only TV they had in stock. Since I only had the rental truck for that day, I took a chance and spent a little more. Ended up being a really good outcome. The whole family loves it.

my first samsung product. replaced a 14 yr old sony bravia. easy to set up. picture quality is good. im not very technical so called support and they were extremly helpful. one complaint is the remote.. way to small for me. after two weeks getting better at navigating . came with netflix and prime on the remote and connects quickly to the internet compared to a four yr old lg i have. overall, good value and would recommend buying one .

great picture quality for the price, no question there. but... you can't turn this smart tv on with an alexa voice command. every other major feature and some minor features can be controlled with alexa, even turning the tv off. but without the remote, you can't turn the tv on with voice. how smart is that? not very and truly very disappointing. buyer beware.
