Brilliant picture!

I bought this tv 2 days ago and I have nothing but great things to say. Brilliant picture, clear, crisp and stunning. I was also amazed by it's smart technology. Alexa integration makes things simple and easy to navigate. Setup was easy and fast using my smart things app. For the price this I feel this was one of my best tv purchases. Samsung keep raising the bar!

Good overall, but one issue I can't overlook

when i first started using this tv, i loved it. the picture was clear and high-res (as it should be), but i eventually started to notice these shadows. they only really appeared when there was a wide area of flat color, or simply not a lot of visual activity on screen. they are not so intense that they are there all the time, but when they do appear i can't overlook them. worst part is, apparently this is normal. i'm currently trying to see if i can somehow replace this tv with a different one. from a different company.

Good not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great, and there is a lot of flexibility, but the internet connection is a problem. I really enjoy the apps available. I was able to get rid of my external streaming boxes. I also appreciate the flexibility in routing sound. The biggest issue I have with the TV is that it does not like to stay connected to WiFi. About once a week it disconnects, and the only way to reconnect is to unplug the TV. My rating would be much higher if it weren't for this issue. If you can hardwire the TV, or this process doesn't bother you, it is worth purchasing. The good outweighs the bad, but it is still far from a perfect device.
