The easy access Mini remote gives you the ability to control through all the different apps very efficiently. Also Samsung was smart to create Samsung tv plus which is a free set of channels that actually are relative from what you would think since it is free Service. Overall Great product, would recommend anyone the 8 series and up Samsungs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has great viewing angle with great auto adjustment of brightness based on the amount of light in your room which helps in reducing the strain to your eyes while watching in any lighting circumstances. Also sound is also great with crisp and clear audio. One remote helps to access other devices with out additional remote.

Had cable TV installed and my dad had a hard time from switching to fire stick and back to cable was killing him and with lots of frustration @ age 75. So I brought me a smart 4K TV and was looking to set the TV up for me. Being that I saw my dad frustrated everyday with the older TV I decided to set the new smart TV up for him. So with a little teaching of the new smart TV to my dad, he picked up the new instructions really well. Now he's loving the new TV and how easy it is to work and scroll through. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for the bedroom. I needed a Smart TV with WiFi and all of the video streaming platforms including Hbo max. It if the box, the colors and contrast need to be tweaked, afterwards you are greeted with a good picture. The addition of the Netflix and Prime buttons on this year's remote are a nice touch. Bluetooth works well. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

I don't have to search for inputs, it's all there always. Can't say enough about the picture quality, makes me wanna upgrade for a QLED to see how better it can be.

was happy with my new tv until a black shadow appeared at top of screen. tried several things but when use cable connection it is there. searched online and see multiple comments regarding hardware issues. i'll be talking with samsung but very disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is slick and beautiful. The only issue I have is there is really bad back light bleed on the top corners. I have heard that Samsung does not honor fixing this. Never had this issue with LG or Phillip TV's that I have had before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were pleasantly pleased with the clear and beautiful image of our new Samsung TV. This new Samsung with all the new features and our age, 83, puts all but watching above our head. After the covid is pasted and we get some visits from our grandchildren come to show us how, we plan on doing some streaming. So far every Samsung product we have owned has been excellent.

there are a few things that disappoint me about this tv. first, when using the optical audio output, the volume control is non-functional... this causes problems when trying to use a bluetooth transmitter to enable the use of wireless earbuds. second: unlike an older samsung smart tv i own, the new os (tizen) cannot play a large number of videos i have on an external disk drive. this is an important feature, for me, and might cause me to consider other manufacturers when buying a new tv.
