Clear as Day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an amazing TV! I just wish that my cable provider was able to match the 4K with it's broadcasts! But if you have Ultra HD or 4K streaming, it is a GLORIOUS picture. The set up was easy too. It wasn't too heavy and I also didn't feel like it was very fragile. A great experience so far!!!

Renewed interest to watch TV again

Better than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung TV purchase. I love it. Having a Samsung phone makes the experience with the TV that much better. I can cast my screen, use Smart Things and use my phone as a remote. It's very very cool! 5/5

Great TV for gamers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our son is huge gamer and this TV replaces our almost 20 year old 60" Samsung plasma, which still today has one of the best pictures of any new TV on the market! There is nothing in 8k for years to come so I would stick with cheap in price 4k TV that has great picture compared to any other brand on market, including OLED. This one is a keeper!!! Buying 3 more for Xmas for our home! Thanks! BDL!

Tizen Needs Work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main complaint is that Tizen (sp) is super slow. I have many streaming services and all of them take a while to load. All of my equipment is connected via LAN, including the tv. Still I get lags and slow loading and slow to respond. I have Apple TV connected and it works perfectly so I am stuck using it for streaming content. Unfortunately I do not get the benefits of streaming directly from the tv. This is also so within settings and the menu, everything is slow.My other complaint is that there is a lot of light bleed around the corners.I will saw I am quite disappointed with this tv. I expected better from Samsung.

Great TV but buttons are garbage

we were looking for a tv that had a good quality screen from any direction. this tv has that. alot of the other tv's we looked at were only good if you were directly in front of it. this tv looks good from an angle also. the drawback is that it comes with buttons that are garbage. they didn't even bother to put number buttons on it. we gave several other devices connected to the tv (blue-ray, roku, pc). it would have been nice if the buttons provided an easy way to pick which source to use. we will have to purchase some replacement buttons to be able to do this. i would rate this tv better if it had decient buttons.

Best functions I've ever used!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought many TV's and none acompañe to this one!! I bought a warranty cause I knew it required care and if ever broken it was a must have!! Excellent quality and the 4K is brilliant along with the colors!! Samsung the greatest, no doubt!!

Not Worth it

Got this tv for my husband and it started to unstick from the top (the back of the tv to the tv screen leaving a massive gap. I filed a warranty claim through Samsung and they couldn't fix the issue and they and couldn't replace the tv because they don't have any in stock. They offer to reimburse you but only for the value of the tv (electronics depreciate very fast) which is nothing compared to what you actually pay for it . Luckily sams worked with me and I got the same tv thinking it was just a defect on the old tv but this one is starting to do the same so I'm thinking it's a manufacturer defect. Had I known it was just this type of tv in general I would have gotten another brand

Average Picture Quality

After a long 3 weeks of wait, I finally got my TV delivered couple days ago. I can tell you that I am so disappointed in the picture quality. I think the 1080P TVs have better resolution. I only bought it because of the size. I am a Samsung product person and have never been disappointed by their product until this one. If you are looking for a 85" TV, please do not purchase this one. Look for a different model.

Buyer Beware

buyer beware. i cannot get this tv to work with my cable cox. i have the latest cable box from my provider. i change hdmi ports and cables. i am stuck watching one channel on this expensive tv. samsung tech said there is compatibility issue with my box. told me to contact my cable company and it is not tv. i told they should tell buyers the cable boxes that not compatible with this tv.
