Cheap Crap

2 years and it's got black lines thru the middle of the tv and now i'm stuck plugging and unplugging the tv just to get it to turn on. you'll get one more shot samsung after that i'll start looking at lg tv's.

Smart hub not smart

I've had this a week and I have spent more time trying to get the smart hub apps working than watching them. Gave up and bought a Roku. Going to check on a refund.

Stopped Working just shy of 2 years

well, the so-called reliable brand is reliable no more. i'm sure i know where it was made and why it deuced the sheets as soon as it was out of warranty. what a unmitigated disaster

Buyer Beware

Picture is great. If you want to use Samsung TV Plus, forget it. It never works. Almost no channels load and the menu navigation is terrible, it it even loads. Waste of money.

Sonos Home Theater Soundbar Incompatible

samsung and sonos to confirm that samsung tvs specifically have known issues with hdmi-cec e-arc compatibility with the tv sending an audio signal to the soundbar. the beam works otherwise with all other wifi synced speakers and only connects to the samsung tv for a few minutes before dropping. help! firmware update? cec settings? i have turned on hdmi earc anynet settings, played with auto signal detection settings, of course plugged it into the designated e-arc input, changed hdmi cables, ordered a samsung compatible arc compatible hdmi cable on amazon (it's on its way), and plugged and unplugged other hdmi devices in case they were interfering.

Cool features, but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy the native apps and they run smoothly. I appreciate the airplay feature being built in. Negatives: after 2 returns, all 3 tvs had some sort of light bleed from the edges. I also was excited to be able to open the smartthings app on my phone and control my devices from the TV but this app is not available, though it's shown as an icon on the box. Lastly (personal, yet likely rare gripe), my 2016 samsung TV supports the ability to cast the TVs screen to my phone (reverse casting) but the 2020 model doesn't. That was disappointing to me and something I assumed would be available.

Nope

I have had this TV for just under 2 ½ years. I have really liked it when it worked. For the second time it is not working. First time Samsung took care of the TV, though i was without it for about a week and a half. This time they will not, though I think it's the same issue, and maybe I have a lemon. Nothing offered other than paying for repair. Buying a new one, different model.

I think the TV is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the TV is great!I have a daughter so all my money goes to her I rarely buy anything new for myself. I bought myself this 4K TV for my birthday in April and have been pleased with everything that itdoes. I game on it with my Xbox one X and have expanded my video library to include some 4K titles. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to Bluetooth my phone or laptop to the tv. I thought it could do this. It only plays the audio. And maybe it can and I just don't know how to do it. I would recommend it. A good smart tv!

Great built-in features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have purchased Samsung TVs for many years. We purchased this TV to have access to streaming apps which we are able to use with no problem. We added a usb keyboard which makes programming much easier than using the letter chart. Overall we are very pleased with the feature improvements on this 4K TV over our previous 1080p.

great

very nice tv, the controls are different enough form my old samsung that they need a little time to get used to, but overall it has been a great experience. it could use an additional hdmi connector or two considering how many devices now connect using hdmi.
