[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with Samsung TV. I have purchased Samsung TVs before and loved the picture quality. Not the case with this one. The picture quality is horrible, too dark and has terrible glare. The settings and user guide is non existent. The settings are confusing and hard to find. No apps. Before this I had a Roku tv and loved how user friendly it was. Not the case here. It's complete mess. Only good thing about the tv is the sound.

i bought this a month ago for a great price. positives are a great picture for the price. negatives are it doesn't recognize lots of other soundbars or even Apple TV. also brightness is very low even at the highest level. good at night. hard to enjoy during the day

Really bad tv, display went off exactly after 3 years as if the company have added a code to shut the display after warranty period expires. This feels like some scam from Samsung. Repair cost is almost equal to TV cost so no sane person will get it repaired from them. This whole ecosystem is here to extort money from consumers. Avoid at all cost.

the tv itself is good but every since i received this tv as a gift i have an issue with the remote. 1: the bottom is rounded, 2: the buttons are to close together. 3: and sometimes you are pressing a button and it does something you didn't request. example trying to turn down volume and it raises the volume. i do not usually leave reviews for things but when it is something that is irritating everyday i felt i needed to share.

i've had this tv for two months and the remote doesn't respond to when i try to change the settings on the tv. it works for everything else, but for whatever reason it doesn't when i press the settings button from the home screen i get no pop up windows to change the brightness, contrast, color, or the different viewing mode. you spend this much for a tv…you'd expect the remote to keep working. especially, if you've only purchased it two months ago. i've changed the batteries and pulled the plug for 30 seconds and that still didnt work. disappointing purchase. i'll be going for another brand next time i need another product.

unfortunately, as much as i enjoyed hte tv and features, it literally lasted me a year, before tv just starting cycling on/off black screen and is no longer usable. wish i actually read the reviews here, as it appears that it is a very common issue with this model

lasted less than a year before developing black horizontal lines. we are very frustrated.

No composite audio out! Not capable of casting. Good, crisp video.

It turns itself off - barely even two years old. It turns on for two seconds then shuts off.
