just bought this tv 4 days ago and the screen turn black. has sound no picture. really disappointed on the quality on this tv. had another samsung tv for 6 years and never had a problem. maybe is time to change brand.

Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed with Samsung TV. I have purchased Samsung TVs before and loved the picture quality. Not the case with this one. The picture quality is horrible, too dark and has terrible glare. The settings and user guide is non existent. The settings are confusing and hard to find. No apps. Before this I had a Roku tv and loved how user friendly it was. Not the case here. It's complete mess. Only good thing about the tv is the sound.

the voice assistant feature quit working. bluetooth not picking up wireless devices . never could get our sound bar to work with the remote. a technician came to replace a board so that the voice assistant would work. that did not solve the problem. we are still waiting for repairs.

i've had this tv for two months and the remote doesn't respond to when i try to change the settings on the tv. it works for everything else, but for whatever reason it doesn't when i press the settings button from the home screen i get no pop up windows to change the brightness, contrast, color, or the different viewing mode. you spend this much for a tv…you'd expect the remote to keep working. especially, if you've only purchased it two months ago. i've changed the batteries and pulled the plug for 30 seconds and that still didnt work. disappointing purchase. i'll be going for another brand next time i need another product.

unfortunately, as much as i enjoyed hte tv and features, it literally lasted me a year, before tv just starting cycling on/off black screen and is no longer usable. wish i actually read the reviews here, as it appears that it is a very common issue with this model
