So so

the tv screen looks real good but when i purchased the tv, on the box clearly states that hulu can be seen but there is no way to see it. i have been looking for it on the apps but it is no where to be found. feeling really disappointed about the app situation.

Rosieee, Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Huu app is supported and should be found on your Smart hub. Please try searching for it again. Once you locate it, you can add it to your home screen. Simply select the Hulu app, press, and hold the Enter key. You’ll see a popup menu with options to move and remove it. First ever Samsung product purchase

Can finally see TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I keep this TV in my bedroom & was tired of not being able to read the crawl on my old 35" TV. At my age, 77, my vision is not the best. This TV is so clear I have no problem reading the crawl & can actually see what the people look like.

Perfect Tv

I would recommend anyone to get this brand or specific tv I purchased! This is my 2nd tv so far. No regrets at all. They have awesome setting options as closed captioning preference. I'm Deaf and this is cloud 9 for me.

Good viewing experience with Great Audio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has great viewing angle with great auto adjustment of brightness based on the amount of light in your room which helps in reducing the strain to your eyes while watching in any lighting circumstances. Also sound is also great with crisp and clear audio. One remote helps to access other devices with out additional remote.

Another great Samsung product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV for the bedroom. I needed a Smart TV with WiFi and all of the video streaming platforms including Hbo max. It if the box, the colors and contrast need to be tweaked, afterwards you are greeted with a good picture. The addition of the Netflix and Prime buttons on this year's remote are a nice touch. Bluetooth works well. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

Takes some getting used-to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good Surprise was the many Samsung TV channelsPoor surprise was that my mute on my cable box controller does not work any more. - have to use the Samsung controller.It is a little difficult to get to caption on-off control. Was one button on my cable box controller.Screen is a little too reflective - have to make certain lights are turned off in the room.Over-all generally pleased.

Wonderful

Made us rewatch Game of Thrones in its entirety (Even the Bad engind lol) just so we could see it in crystal clarity. I would highly recommend!!

No Google Assistant

bought this tv with one of the main features is google assistant. while setting this up, i found out that it does not have google assistant. extremely disappointed with this purchase and i am debating whether or not to take it back because of this. or refund some of my money for false advertising.

Defective models and the worst tv I've ever had! S

Defective models and the worst tv I've ever had! Such bad after-sale services! I bought two 50-inch TU8000s at almost the same time. The screen panel caused my 2 TVs repeatedly on and off for no reason just after the warranty passed. I'm not a fan of Samsung anymore! By the way, my 65” TU8000 had the same problem as well, but it was replaced the whole screen panel when under the warranty. Now I doubt that your TVs are designed for use only under your warranty period.
