Great tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a great tv and perfect size for a smaller living room area. Sound and picture are great. Only problem I've had is using apple airplay with my iPhone, I'm constantly having issues with the screen mirroring feature but I think it is more of an Apple issue than the actual tv itself

Crisp and Clear 4k

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's amazing how we had thought we had 4K and HDR on our last TV- until we got the Samsung UHD tv. We find ourselves rewatching new shows or scenes to pick up background details that were lost with other HD brands. Blacks are darker than I've ever seen and the sharpness is so great I didn't even try to adjust any of the base settings. The game mode is amazing with easy swapping between systems and the built in apps are great. It's nice to see that a “smart” tv actually offers more than one or two apps or even integrating devices into your home setup. Overall it's a great TV and we wouldn't go with any other brand!

Picture Not Clear

Overall great tv Features and quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv was very easy to set up and connect to WiFi. The quality is very clear although motion clarity isn't exactly up to par with the QLED tv but nonetheless it is great for the price! The only down side I have with the tv is sometimes it won't want to connect through hdmi and it won't recognize the device. Besides that I love the TV and so does my family!

Great picture, if you live in a cave.

the color and picture are great, if you are watching the set in complete darkness. the screen picks up every bit of light. even if you have a small light in the other room. the streaming isn't that great. some programs have a bad studder. not sure if it's the processor or if it's wi-fi. i had an 8 year old vizio flat screen with a roku and didn't have any problems. the set says it has the most recent update. not real impressed so far. also having issues with my amazon prime. we have to sign in almost every time we have use it. doesn't remember log in/ settings. price was decent for this size, but with the the other issues not so sure.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. If the issue with app sign in and setting only happens with Amazon Prime, then it is most likely an App issue, not a TV issue. Please contact the app provider for help. Amazing picture and colors

Clarity in Viewing Experience

Overall it's a good TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up. Great picture. Remote takes some getting used to as it does not have a “number pad” to get to a channel. Hard to find settings such as sleep timer. I just use a remote from another Samsung in the house.

Very good picture. Good features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Old tv went out. Bought this tv because my it's dark suggested a Tiezen application operating system. Got home after visiting 4 different locations, searched for the Tablo app and couldn't find it. Had to procure a Roku for the television and everything started working correctly. I know this isn't Samsung's fault but maybe the problem could be addressed for future customers.

This TV is great

I am a huge football fan and every time I watch football on it the game gets behind on live tv. I have missed a whole quarter before. I just keep resting the TV and it quits for awhile
