Purchased my generac generator a in 2012 after a power outage due to a hurricane . Power has gone out a couple of times for a few hours, but for no long periods of time. If we get hit with a power outage for several days again after a storm, I will have to comfort of knowing the power will come back on in a few seconds. I certainly enjoy the comfort of knowing I have the generac system!!!!!

Just had this installed. Worked perfectly, I have a 1900 square foot home, had ac and dryer running during the load test, I didn't turn anything off. Unit ran smoothly and perfectly. We live in hurricane prone area, in my opinion, this is a must have.

In order to provide peace of mind and assurance there would be no crawl space flooding we decided to have a whole house generator installed. After researching other brands we elected to go with the Generac. We could not be happier.Installation was professional and went without a hitch. The product runs smoothly and the transfer from Generator to regular electricity is seamless and quiet. We were provided with an excellent overview of the proper maintenance procedures. I purchased a 20 kw generator with the Nexus Smart switch. I live on the water on Long Island's south shore. I was hit with Frankenstorm Sandy and my generator was swamped with salt water. when the storm ended I doused it with fresh water and WD40. I had it turned off as the storm hit. I removed the spark plugs and pumped out the water. I also changed the oil. I charged the battery and to my surprise I was able to start the generator. With fire extinguisher in hand I energized it and it was putting out electricity. I had it running for 13 days straight because I knew it would not start again. The starter was ruined. It ran like a top and never burned a drop of oil. Thanks Generac you made a great machine!

The overall is great but OMG when you use it lookout! I was not warned about propane usage but after my first $600 fuel charge I looked up reviews regarding fuel usage on YouTube. Probably should have looked it up prior. Nothing but negative feedback regarding fuel usage. Wow sucks it down like no tomorrow. I had to install a 1000gal and a 500 gal side by side to make sure I didn't run out. So unless you have no other choice maybe look at other fuel options.

We just moved in to our new home, within three months we lost power three times. There was no question we needed a back up system, our contractor and electrician recommended the Generac, the electrician didn't have the model I wanted but recommended the synergy to run more efficiently and save us in the long run, a little more price but cheaper running charges. Look forward to a power filled winter.

How great to have a top notch product installed by a top notch Generac dealer. Let's face it, storms and power outages threaten to become more frequent and more intense. The peace of mind is so very worth it. It's the only generator you see in my neighbourhood.

From someone who lives in the country and loses power when someone sneezes, this purchase was a necessity! I work from home and power is a necessity. Several neighbors already have purchased a Generac series generator and now I'm a happy customer as well. The transition when needed is seamless and the results and assurance of having power at all times is well worth the investment.

This generator looks good sitting next to the house and we know that if the electricity goes off this unit will supply the electricity that we need to supply our whole house. The unit was professionally installed by qualified electricians and knowledgeable and good installers.
