Have had generator for 3 1/2 years...needed it a few times for short durations...NOW Hurricane Matthew....generator has been running for 5 days....house is nice and comfortable.....turn it off everyday for a few hours to give it a 'rest' , check oil etc....no problems keeps on going....

We had this generator installed just recently and have not had the need to use it yet. It has great features and the footprint of the unit blended in well with its surroundings. The installation went very smoothly and the installers did a very proffesional job. The installation was compleded in one day and everything was cleaned up to the way things were. We are very happy with this product.

This generator was easy to install for our electrician and has already paid off for our newly constructed home. The Generac auto tests every week and gives me peace of mind that it'll work when needed. I have a 200 amp service and it powers the entire house with ease.

I wish I had purchased my generator years ago! We had 2 hurricanes in October of last year, one of which we were without power for 6 days. My generator was a life saver! It has already paid for itself with that first storm! I would recommend Generac to everybody! Especially if you live in hurricane areas. You won't regret it, I promise.

We have springs under our basement floor and a sump pump needs to run at least every hour or our basement starts filling with water. A generator is a necessity. The one we used to have needed to be started manually. The new generac is automatic, the power goes off and in a few seconds we have power again. Great in the middle of a cold night or when we are gone. True peace of mind.

At great sacrifice we saved and invested in a full house generator and the second it kicked in we experienced a feeling of relief and security that is unexplainable. Let me first start by saying that the peace of mind in having my 20 KW generac is amazing. The area in which I live is subject to many power outages throughout the year and since the installation of the product, we haven't missed work or school or appointments because the power is always available 24/7 and our alarm clocks always work. Thanx for that. I know that in the event of a major power outage, my wife and family will be safe and secure in our house with electricity, lights, heat, air conditioning, whatever is necessary to maintain our standards of living. Now that we are retired, I rely more every day on our Generac in the event of power outages. We are very glad that we installed the product, even offered the neighbours the ability to borrow a couple of cups of 'electricity' to help them power their fridges/freezers in the event of a major outage

In the past when the power went out, we've had to keep an eye on the sump pump and empty it when it gets too full, and to remember not to open the cooler appliances in the summer and figure out what to do about heat in the winter. But now, we don't have to worry about any of that any longer, especially when we are gone for a length of time. Like right now, we're having pretty high winds and the power fluctuates now and again, and we are expecting the power to go out. But not to worry, since our new whole home generator has been installed, there is no worry.

I have had the 22kw gen for three years now on a 5500 sq foot home. Initially we installed for partial usage but wired for whole house. With 3 ac units, two refrigerators and all lights on the gen is using 80 percent max current! I have had only one shutdown event when it was 103 degrees outside and I tried to run two ac units, it overheated. Wish the home link was more real time (delayed) and was more interactive otherwise great backup gen!

We are a small professional office, and over the years we have suffered power outages during summer storms. The idea of a natural gas powered generator has always been on our wish list, and we finally made the investment. The installation was top notch, and the product is very sophisticated, yet easy to understand. After testing I'm confident the Generac will keep us running when the power goes out.
