Best Smartwatch ever!

Very much anticipating this smartwatch with a wealth of features for both Health & Fitness, but now also really good Smartwatch-Features (like calling on the watch)! This is by far the best watch I ever had and I can wholeheartedly recommend this watch to every Health, Fitness and Smartwatch aficionado! Sleek design too and long battery! Excellent Watch!

Great Product

My husband and I both purchased the Venu 3 a few weeks ago and we are both very happy with them. I got the larger size and quite happy I did. It is a big face on my small wrist but worth it to see more words on the screen. I upgraded from the Vivoactive 3 and not looking back.

Great Choice!

I switched to Garmin and I'm so very pleased. I get everything I need and more from my Garmin Venu 3. It's kept me on my game. This watch is very easy to use and I couldn't be happier with my choice! I would recommend to anyone who is starting a new life journey!

The Garmin Venu 3 smartwatch

despite its potential, falls short in several key areas, leading to a disappointing user experience overall. As far as the Design and Build Quality goes, While the watch boasts a sleek and modern design, the overall build quality doesn’t live up to expectations. The materials used feel less premium compared to competitors in the same price range. The watch’s durability is questionable, with some issues with the screen and casing after minimal use. Oh and The “AMOLED” display is one of the few highlights, offering vibrant colors and clear visibility. However, the touch responsiveness can be inconsistent, leading to frustration when navigating through menus and apps. The real-world usage tells a different story as for the battery life. I found that the battery drains much faster than expected, especially when using features like GPS and music playback. This necessitates frequent charging, detracting from the convenience expected from a modern smartwatch. And it being non compatible with magnetic charging and can only be charged with the power cord it came with so keep that cord safe or you’ll have to buy a new one for $$$ Venu 3’s software is where it struggles the most. Users often encounter lag and glitches, with the watch sometimes freezing or restarting unexpectedly. The Garmin Connect app, which is essential for syncing and analyzing data, also suffers from connectivity issues, making it unreliable. While the Venu 3 is packed with a variety of health and fitness tracking features, their accuracy is inconsistent. Heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, and GPS accuracy often provide conflicting data, leading to mistrust in the device’s reliability for serious fitness enthusiasts, the Garmin Venu 3 feels overpriced. There are other smartwatches available at similar or even lower price points that offer a more reliable and satisfying user experience. To conclude, the Garmin Venu 3, despite its promising feature set, falls short due to its inconsistent performance, questionable build quality, and poor battery life. Users seeking a dependable smartwatch might find better value and reliability elsewhere. Sorry garmin try again you have the Name but your losing face like my watch

Excellent blend of fitness and smart features

Crystal clear display with exceptional battery life. The perfect blend of advanced fitness, sleep, HR tracking and smartwatch features like audio control, messaging, guided workouts. Also pairs with Peloton to be used as an HR monitor during workouts. Glad the Venu series added sensors that the Vivoactive removed. Great watch!

Great watch

I wear the watch for 4 weeks. I must say the watch is incredible! The sensors are really accurate. Is compared them with an independent system with a chest band and the test proved the accuracy of the watch. It took some time to understand the menu structure of the watch, but after 4 weeks I'm able to find the most things without tlhelp.

A great watch that needs some improvements!

I have been using my Venu 3 since January 2024. Overall, I am happy with its many features like stress, heart rate, intensity minutes, calories burned, respiration, and VO2 Max. However, I often get inconsistent values for Heart Rate and VO2 Max. Wearing the watch properly or resetting it won't help. So, I concluded that there is a design (hardware and/or software) issue.

Okay, but not as advertised

I really want to love this watch, but I just can't... I can only just like it. It's good enough to keep, but I wouldn't buy it again even at half the price. Cons: * The battery life is NOWHERE near what is advertised. Even without the always-on display, if you track short exercises and your sleep, you'll only get 5-6 days. With the always-on display, you get two days max. Of course, you could put the watch into battery-saving mode and get a longer life... but then what is the sense of having an expensive smartwatch? * VO2 Max is a joke if you aren't a runner. To use it for cycling you need to have EXPENSIVE Garmin bike pedals (i.e. more than the watch costs)! This borders on false advertising! * Sensors are a bit suspect and unpredictable as compared to my cheaper smartwatch from the large search company. * The on-watch Golf app freezes all the time and is useless ... and IF it worked, to get the most out of it you have to buy sensors that cost as much as this watch * $$$$$$ The Garmin ecosystem is WAY too costly. Other fitness-tracking watches are much more reasonably priced with the same features. And if you want to spend a lot of money on a smartwatch, other watches are much more flexible with a similar battery life (using always on display) Pluses: * Like most Garmin watches, it does provide pretty detailed data and analysis. * Tons of add-on apps and watch faces ... though at this price point smartwatches from the world's highest-valued company offer way more features.

4 star for a reason

The watch itself is great and I love the new features as a previous Venu 2 owner. The step counter has been quirky for me. Especially starting the day it is notoriously bad at missing lots of steps. I have to usually restart it just to get it to be poor but then as the day goes on it gets better. Don’t expect the “nap” feature to work it doesn’t. Overall it is a good watch with flaws.
