These cupcakes were definitely a delightful surprise! We ate both the chocolate and golden cupcakes and they are wonderful. I cannot wait to taste the lemon the next time we buy them. Beautiful presentation for special events!

These were so bad we threw them out. The cake was dry and the frosting too sweet. The flavoring was gross and super artificial tasting. Maybe it depends on the Sam's these are purchased from, but I can't imagine anyone enjoying these...

It was a BIG birthday (as in huge number) so I took 24 of these to share with friends and I thought they were very yummy - and so did everyone else. A great value - I would buy them again.

These are delicious. Great price! I just wish you could get packs of 1 or 2 flavors. We love the lemon and coconut, chocolate and strawbery not as much.

These are very pretty but taste pretty terrible. Got them free when I got my membership & they weren't even worth being free. Mom was right....it's what's on the inside that counts!

Really loved these cupcakes. Wasn't a fan of the cream cheese and chocolate combo, but everything else was so tasty. People saying these tasted gross like chemicals must be routinely eating at five star restaurants. These were really good.

Sam's club usually has really good desserts, but these were terrible. The cake was dry and they tasted stale. There was a piece of plastic wrap inside one of the cupcakes also.

They were piled very high with frosting . The cake was not moist & the filling inside was more volume than the cupcake, It was mostly frosting & very little cake

I'm glad I didn't read some of these reviews. I might never have purchased these cupcakes if I had. I've seen these many times at Sam's and finally decided to try them. I will be buying them again. They are best if you remove them from the fridge and leave them at room temperate at least 15 minutes before serving.

I cannot recommend these cupcakes. As several other reviewers said, they are all frosting (and mediocre tasting frosting at that) and only a tiny bit of dried cake. I love sweets but the frosting on these is way overdone! It's already too much on the top and then you take a bite and realize there's another huge lump of frosting on the inside. Yuck! Too much icky sweet frosting and lackluster dense, dried cake.
