I got married last year and did tastings with multiple gourmet cupcake shoppes, none of whom's cupcakes topped this gourmet pack from Sam's taste wise, which was more important to me than looks. I served them at my (casual, shabby chic) wedding, and I literally had to pull out the packaging from the back, no one believed they came from Sam's Club! Highly, highly recommend if you are looking for tasty, affordable gourmet cupcakes.

I cannot attest to the taste of these. When I got them home, we noticed there was a baby fly sealed in the box with the cupcakes. That dude's not say much about the cleanliness of the kitchen to have a baby fly sealed in with your cupcakes. That means there are fly eggs somewhere in your kitchen that is hatching these.

I got these for my boyfriend on Valentine's Day and we've had the lemon, strawberry, chocolate and coconut so far and they've all been really good. The coconut was my least favorite, which I expected, but the chocolate one was out of this world! I hope my local club starts to carry the other variety as well!

I feel in love with these cupcakes when I sampled the lemony one at Sam's. I kept thinking about it so I went back the next day and bought a pack. The icing is way too thick and it was not as moist as it was on the day it was made. The center filing is great.

The strawberry and the chocolate cupcakes were way too sweet and did not taste as natural. But the lemon and the coconut cupcakes were delicious…still a bit too sweet…but delicious. I highly recommend overall because it's still a good value. The cupcakes are larger than the gourmet ones at the regular grocery stores.

I walked by and they looked sooo good so I bought a container and I was very pleased. They were moist and had the best taste the only complaint I had was I ate a whole cupcake and they are very rich!!!! So try sharing with someone! They are so big splitting it is a great idea.

Don't know how anyone could like these. Def not worth the calories Look really pretty but don't taste pretty Don't waste your money, I threw them away! Anyone who has them in their cart when I'm shopping are told “don't buy them...they are not good”

Overall, a good deal for what you are getting. A little proportionally heavy on the icing, but it was fairly tasty, not shortening-like and the cake was moist. The lemon was delicious, the chocolate and the coconut were also good, but the strawberry had a fake almost medicinal taste that fairly off putting.

So pretty, but don't let that fool you. The frosting is RIDICULOUSLY thick and tasted like crayon. Change the flavor of the frosting, only put half of the amount on it and you might have a better result! I spit out the chocolate cupcake. The strawberry tastes like imitation. The lemon cake itself was good, but the frosting killed it. The coconut was the only decent one. I wouldn't buy them again unless they change the formula.

These cupcakes were beautiful and moist, they had a nice flavor, and the price was right. However, with the huge amount of icing on top *plus* icing in the middle of each cupcake, the icing to cake ratio was way off. If you enjoy eating a good bit of icing without any cake to accompany it, you'll love these. Otherwise, you might find them sickeningly sweet.
