At age 72, my husband just learned that he is allergic to wheat and soy along with a few other items that is making food prep challenging right now. I was thrilled to discover that your dark chocolate morsels are gluten and soy free. When I find a product that works and he likes, I've been going to the websites and printing the product page to keep a record of 'keeper' ingredients. I appreciate that you have the nutritional information on the website, but it would be helpful if you would include the ingredients too! Many items that are 'gluten free' also have soy products. So while I think I've found something I can use, its not till I read the ingredients that I discover I can't. Rather than spending hours in the grocery store reading labels, I've been trying to do some of the work on my computer at home and the ingredient list would have helped. Also, the chips are a bit big! Next time I think I'll chop them up.

I tried using these dark chips for frozen banana bites.. The chips would not melt! They just turned into a nasty thick goo. Please make these so you can melt them to use in recipes. I ended up throwing the whole batch of chocolate away. What a waste.

Found these on a recent shopping trip. Have to tell you I love these. They are fabulous. Actually put together a sort of healthy mix with Nestle's dark chocolate morsels...some raisins...a bit of my favorite cereal...a few nuts. Great lunch or break time snack.

I volunteer to send homemade baked goods to deployed soldiers and try new recipes in each box that I send. I am a fan of dark chocolate over milk chocolate myself. These chips are larger than Semisweet or Milk Chocolate morsels but that just means more chocolate per bite. I received a few sample of these to try and made Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies using these rather than the semisweet that was called for.

These are a great product! They melt well for dipping applications and icings yet hold their shape when included in cakes, cookies, scones, or muffins. They have a great chocolatey flavor that is not too sweet. I usually by them in bulk from my local warehouse store so that I always have them on hand.

I put them at the bottom of the pan, in the middle of the batter, and then sprinkled more on top. They melt right in and others were in full form, which made it extremely tasty. I received the morsels complementary return from my own personal opinion about them.

I received these Nestle dark chocolate chips to try from Bakers Bunch. I bake a lot and often use chocolate chips in my recipes. I normally use semi-sweet, but I was excited to try the dark chocolate chips. These chips are on the larger side and are delicious. They are rich and not bitter at all. I will continue to use these when I bake.

I made classic chocolate chip cookies with these morsels and they are my new favorites! The chocolate is rich and complex. The morsels melted perfectly and weren't runny or messy. These are very flavorful and perfect for those that don't like the bitterness of semi-sweet.

I never knew how easy it is to make a chocolate ganache with Nestle Toll House Dark Chocolate Morsels. One cup of morsels , half cup of half and half , microwave 30 seconds , stir, heat until melted . Beautiful , smooth and silky and most of all Delicious! Goodbye can frosting !
