We recently found out that our daughter is allergic to wheat, as well as other things, such as soy. It has been most heart-breaking for her to go without things that she loves, like chocolate chip cookies. You see, semi-sweet morsels have soy, but these dark morsels don't. Today, we baked gluten-free cookies with the dark morsels; my entire family gobbled them down. They were most delicious, and we cannot wait to bake them again! Don't stop making these morsels!

There are no better cookies than home-made toll house chocolate/chip cookies...They were always "the best" until I started using the dark chocolate morsels instead of the usual milk/chocolate morsels...Now they are the best...I never buy cookies any longer, since they are so much better made at home with the Nestles recipe and the Nestle dark choc morsels...I even steal a handful, just to eat as candy...And I love to mix them into my peanut butter cookies...YUM !

Hi. I just used the "Dark Chocolate Morsels" to make chocolate chip cookies. The "original recipe" called for 2 cups of chips, and reducing the package size to 10oz.produces a cookie that is sparcer in chips, even though the chips are larger. I bought these because the Semi-Sweet chips were not available. You are "messing with" a traditional successful recipe. Thank you, Lecil Saller

I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own. Used these and white chocolate chips to make cookies and they came out amazing! The dark chocolate offset the sweetness of the white chocolate in the perfect combination. I would definitely use them again.

Bought the 20 oz bag to make easy fudge with sweetened condensed milk and pure vanilla which I have made before with the regular semi-sweet chips. These chips did NOT melt properly--almost looked liked seized up. Liquid cocoa butter came out that would not mix in no matter how much I stirred (arm hurt!). Will never get these again and I wish I didn't waste my money on the ingredients. Beside texture, not even taste good.

Love these dark chocolate chips, but can't find them in the store anymore. Sad and disappointed and hopefully we will see them back in the store SOON!

Love that they don't use soy and low in added sugat. I can use these chips instead of the more expensive allergy free kind. I love the taste and they don't set off my autoimmune issues, as long as I don't over indulge ❤

These Dark Chocolate Morsels work great with candy making! I usually don't care for dark chocolate, but for candy, it seems they are perfectly made for!!! They didn't have a bitter taste, as most dark chocolate does either!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chocolate morsels are so perfect for banana. Walnut bread with chocolate chips. It's perfect addition to a cold morning. I put them at the bottom of the pan in the middle of the batter and then sprinkled more on top. They melted right in and others were in full form, which made it extremely tasty. I received the morsels complementary in return for my own personal opinion about them.

Used these to make ganache and it turned out perfect. They melt into a very smooth consistency and taste delicious. May have to grab anther bag to keep just for snacking. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own.
