I've tried other similar products and probiotics and they all work about the same so I wouldn't say these are anything special but they do get the job done well.

I have been having harder bowel movements which is uncomfortable possibly due to these after meals. My bloating has remained the same sometimes worse overnight. My stomach is very sensitive to stress and I am currently under a lot of it so I can not say whether the item is effective or not. I do not get as hungry as often as I used to.
