[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had issues with IBS and bloating for a while now and have been through the works - probiotics, elimination diets, sibo testing, etc. the bloating persists no matter what I eat, so was happy to try these enzymes. Happy to say I think I can tell a difference - not dramatic, but felt a little more soothed after eating big meals. Also love that they are vegetarian and natural and don't seem to be irritating at all. Going to continue taking them!

It seems to “soothe” my stomach when eating certain foods. It contains Ginger Root powder as well as Peppermint Leaf powder, which also helps in digestion.I also like the fact that it's a small capsule, which makes it easy to swallow.
