My bloating and general discomfort goes away and I swear they've helped my skin as well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for the enzymes but they include Peppermint extract which seemed to give me heartburn after taking 1 capsule. Also the pill leaves a minty feeling in your throat. I think these would be much better without the Peppermint, the other ingredients would be enough to help digestion. I'd buy if they took the Peppermint out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate taking pills because of all the negative effects it has on your body, but Metamucil just wasn't enough to boost up my digestive system. I been taking this pill for almost a month now and have been feeling great results. I take it only when I feel bloated or constipated and it is very effective. Its not like an antacid so it doesn't works immediately but over time there is less bloating especially with bigger meals.

I am unsure what derived benefit I was supposed to gain. I eat mostly grain-free and this product did not reduce the gas that some of those products give me.
