That's the only reason I'm taking a star away- it's a bit much for me almost. But perhaps I'm just extremely sensitive!

Also the pill leaves a minty feeling in your throat. I think these would be much better without the Peppermint, the other ingredients would be enough to help digestion. I'd buy if they took the Peppermint out.
