No one really wants to talk about gas, digestion but its something that happens to everyone..So many foods can bloat you & this helps with that along with digesting too. I will use them again.

It is usually difficult to review this type of product but it happened to come on a day when we were going to dinner with family. After a fairly big dinner, I took one and was very pleasantly surprised to feel much more comfortable after only about 15 minutes. The over- full feeling eased and I was able to enjoy the rest of my evening. While that was an unusual test for how it works, we don't regularly indulge in big meals, it told me that it should also work well under normal circumstances too. Been taking them for a few days now and definitely feel that they are working based on simply feeling better. I would recommend these for anyone looking for digestive support. The capsule is not small, about the diameter of a quarter but if you can handle the size, it is definitely worth trying.
