It seems to “soothe” my stomach when eating certain foods. It contains Ginger Root powder as well as Peppermint Leaf powder, which also helps in digestion.I also like the fact that it's a small capsule, which makes it easy to swallow.

I have issues with my stomach all the time. I watch what I'm eating make sure not to over do it otherwise I end up feeling so bloated and uncomfortable after just about all meals.
