I think you need to use these for several months for any material changes to occur. That said no adverse side effects or anything so no harm done.

These really helped digest certain foods that didn't use to cause issues but now are too much for system (gluten, dairy, and corn for me). I would highly recommend adding these to your everyday diet if you have digestive problems as well.

I have been having harder bowel movements which is uncomfortable possibly due to these after meals. My bloating has remained the same sometimes worse overnight.
