I've had this burning all day and night throwing all I van think of at it I'm not master of smoking but product is amazing so glad I pulled the trigger on this did tons of research before I settled can't think of really how it could be better.

Bought this for my husband for a gift. He was blown away. He couldn't quit bragging about it to all friends and family. Definitely a hit! You won't be let down with this.

I bought one of these for my husband who smokes a lot of meat for get togethers at our house! He loved it so much I just purchased a second one for the lake

We've only used it once so far and are very pleased! We would like to see a feature added to the app: an alert when your meat reaches the desired set internal temperature.

I ordered on-line and it was delivered when promised. I have cooked on it 3 times and so far I love it. I have not used the Bluetooth yet so I can't rate that part yet.

Had the smoker got 2 weeks, broke upon using it a second time, getting a hold of the manufacturer is a complete joke. I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours, before an agent answered and hung up on me. No one ever answers their phone over there!

Bought this for a Mother's Day gift and have used it every weekend. Lots of room to cook plenty of different meats at once. Cooks perfectly every time.

I have used this smoker non-stop since I purchased it. Only downside at all is having to add smoke every 30 minutes, but not having to open the door to add wood images it less annoying. Great results every time!!!

First electric smoker. Love all the features. Holds temps right on the money throughout cooks. Turkeys, ribs and chicken so far with rave results from family and friends. Very easy to use. Couldn't be more satisfied with smoker!!

I bought this smoker for my husband's birthday. He likes it but, the wood chip pan is small compared to the older model he loved. A larger chip pan would have garnered the fifth star.
