My husband received this for Fathers Day and absolutely loves it...along with the rest of the family:) The meat comes out tender and delicious! If I HAD to come up with any complaint at all, it would just be the cleaning part. We did find it very helpful to use a hot water and apple cider vinegar mixture to wipe everything down with!

I bought this to replace my 40” John McLain signature series. It seems to be built much cheaper and the electronics are mediocre at best. The Bluetooth is a joke. I've used it 3 times now and every time I get error codes and have to heat up inside of smoker with other heat method to get electronics to work.

I love my new smoker. I had a 30in signature series upgraded to the 340G digital bluetooth and have been using it the past 2 weeks

We bought this 3 weeks ago and we are wishing we would have sooner! Easy to use and clean and plenty of room inside for cooking.

Had the smoker got 2 weeks, broke upon using it a second time, getting a hold of the manufacturer is a complete joke. I was on hold for 2 1/2 hours, before an agent answered and hung up on me. No one ever answers their phone over there!

I ordered on-line and it was delivered when promised. I have cooked on it 3 times and so far I love it. I have not used the Bluetooth yet so I can't rate that part yet.

Used it last weekend and was too cold for LED display to work. Also had an error 1 code. Had to carry it in house to warm it up. Living in Wisconsin it's an inconvenience.

I bought my smoker about a month and a half ago, used it 2 times and it quit working. Now I can't get anyone on the phone for customer support because of Covid. BS!

I'm not a master and only have used once but seems to cook great but couldn't get the Bluetooth to stay connected to my phone other then that it worked great

Bought this for a Mother's Day gift and have used it every weekend. Lots of room to cook plenty of different meats at once. Cooks perfectly every time.
